First I've seen/heard of it.Do you hire him as a trainer/nutritionist markm? No, I don't have a trainer or nutritionist.I also didn't know about that site until yesterday, when I read the thread about the Auckland champs, and someone mentioned on that thread that there was some footage on that website. 2guns
i think all these people are very good options and if u stick to what they say or give you u will get very good results. it people who cheat or go off the plan one week then back on it the next that dont get results.so choose a trainer/nutristionalist and stay on the plan they give u and i believe youll get the results you want providing your disiplined

lazyone
orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... you could educate yourself and do your own nutrition and training :grin:you know your body the best - all you'd need is - food & training diaries, measuring tape for girth measurements, scale - all stuff you can monitor yourself.but yeah, I agree with 2guns to a point - if you hire someone, then listen to them and stick to the plan. If the plan doesn't make sense though, or you're not seeing the results you should be getting after a decent amount of time and you've spoken to them about your concerns with no change, then don't feel obligated to stay with that person! Some places/ppl are pretty pricey too... so it'll depend on how much you're willing to spend...Eh, I dunno. My brain hurts. Wheres the coffee... pimp
when youve chosen a trainer just keep asking questions to them like why this why that blah blah....and with a trainer or nutritionist you have to put all faith into them when prep for a show or wateva to really see if they are good... HOG
I know that Maree and Allen from Impact Nutrition are firm believers in burning the fat and feeding the muscle. They recently spent time in the States learning about body building nutrition and training, Maree also competed while over there. Anyone planning to compete needs to have a trainer/nutritionist that is a bodybuilder themselves. HOG.
