squat 5x100kg, 5x120kg, 3x120kg, 5x100kg, 2x12x60kg

bench warmup@45kg, 6x85kg, 5x80kg, 8x60kg(wide)

Adding some faster high rep squats to make sure I keep getting good carry over to my vertical jump for bball. Am realising more and more that hitting a good bench is all about the set up, got a bit of a routine sorted now.

Bench 2x5x40kg, 5x85kg, 4x90kg*, 2x90kg, 12x60kg, 5x60kg

*Getting close to that magic 5x90kg I've been aiming for!

Squat 5x60kg, 5x100kg, 6x100kg, 5x120kg*, 12x60kg, 10x60kg

*Pretty dodgy form today, leaning forward at the bottom and using my back heaps to hold the weight. Assume it's partly because I was tired from benching.
