As for the journal getting back in the zone and bloody hell it hurts!!! Been back a week today and have done 1x yoga which left me virtually unable to walk the next day WTF hhahaha and upper body and then pump yesterday - and boy is it tough!! Definitely dropped the weights I'd usually do in pump but better that than getting an injury :twisted: upper body workout was normal though and not too sore - its just my legs I'm worried about - geez my quads feel like they wanna peel off....training with Tom tomoz, so that should be fun :)

right my legs were almost fully functional on monday after the most EPIC birthday weekend ever.....3 nights on the trot out - was nearly dying at the gym monday but I did it - and I did good:

10x10 squats 20kg bar - take that legs!!! Cant believe I managed that but have been reading you guys talking about 10x10s so though f*ck it Ill give it a go :)

10x10 stiff-leg dead - 10kg bag

4x10 abductor 40kg

4x10 adductor 53kg

4x15 leg extension 14kg

and today is pump. got a bit of a fright on the scales yesterday after my trip but getting back to it, yaye!

2x pump this week, 2 x gym - just mixing up the workouts from before as so broke and cant afford to see my trainer again yet - waaaaaahhhhh!!!!! However I think I'm back down to pre-holiday size, which is superb - I think I'd put on a little bit but all is back to normal......no on for the lean-ness for summer :)

So whats been happening lately Katie, how you been?

not a lot!!! still no full-time job :( swapping between doing pump and yoga at the moment.......so still going hard at the gym. All this rugby stuff aint doing the nutrition any good tho - too much booze and bad food! At least only a week to go :)

Hopefully it all works out with the job hunt, yeh hard same here rugby, booze and bad food go hand in hand. This weekend will be good tho after seeing last nights game im confident Allblacks will take it out, you going town to watch it?

Wow this is shocking havent posted for a month!! Things been a bit rough lately TBH got sick and had to have some minor surgery so been off the gym for a few weeks. But at the mo its yoga/pump combo. Working well at the mo and will probs get new program in the new year if I've got a ft job then - cant really justify the expense now when pump and yoga are keeping me in check. Have lost a bit more BF I think so might do some new pics!!

Okey dokey well I'm still training lots (apart from over xmas) end of last year was absolute shite and was majorly depressed so hadnt been posting on here as you tend to lose interest in all things you love and drink lots instead! at Back in the zone now - still no job but going back to study for a year instead so that will be awesome fun! Will be doing pics soon so I have some a year a part - eeekkkk!! Scary!!!
