just gotta get over Xmas!!!

Haha, yeah I know that feeling - I'm 2.4kg lighter than I was a week and a half ago, which says a huge amount about how much I indulged over the holiday period.

I'm sure you'll manage to get back on track soon, and more importantly that it will start showing!

Okey dokey well I'm still training lots (apart from over xmas) end of last year was absolute shite and was majorly depressed so hadnt been posting on here as you tend to lose interest in all things you love and drink lots instead! at Back in the zone now - still no job but going back to study for a year instead so that will be awesome fun! Will be doing pics soon so I have some a year a part - eeekkkk!! Scary!!!

Have been down that road Katie. Wouldnt say i was depressed just bummed out . Bodybuilding is pretty much what saved me from the sadness and alcoholism .It definately builds your confidence back up so you gotta force yourself back into it. Your doing awesome and look forward to the pics.

  • 2 weeks later...

righto, I've posted some new pics, and will be again in a few weeks. Not much has changed workout-wise although I'm really keen to get some shoulder definition going on so have been told to do and dedicated arm day on top of my pump classes - unfortunately due to my new schedule starting in a few weeks I'll no longer be able to do my usual yoga class. Bums!!!

Well I haven't posted in here in an unbelievably long time but still at it, although my uni schedule and the workload have made gym difficult - think 12 hr days yuk - then i have a slight ankle injury for a while (no pump) then just as that was all sweet my brother came for a visit and my time was absolutely dedicated to him - then just to top shit off, I had a niggle in the other ankle from what I thought was a mild sprain from boxing - left it for about 6 weeks, thought I better get it checked out 'just in case' - turns out I have arthritis said ankle.

So for the meantime dependant on what physio says no squats, no deadlifts, no lunges, no pump, no load-bearing of any kind - perhaps yoga - until she says so. Guess I'll be working on the glutes then!!
