i still wanna know what it means!!!

So far this week, gym x 3 yoga x 1 and now I HURT. In a good way bu think I may have overdone it a bit on left quad as its bloody sore (think it was the yoga) and could only manage a tiny bit of normal leg workout today - after 30mins or so on the treadmill (fast walking with a few sprints)......did the foam roller on that leg and ouchie!!!

Didnt have time for pics today, hopefully tomoz!!

Yesyes, you're looking good now. BUT WHAT'S HAPPENED TO POSTING YOUR SESSIONS?! hahaha. Seriously though, results have shown. :clap:

I've been really lazy at posting sessions! But I did go 4x this week plus Yoga - which hurt like hell!!

no measurements, and havent actually lost that many Kg's or maybe Im replacing it with muscle - who knows! Need to ge my mate to do some details shots of calves/back etc too. When I get back from hols having another session with Teneka so will post before/after measurements then@

So i was just telling someone how I need to do more abdominal work - thats the one thing I'm really lazy on and I think it shows in comparison to the rest of the changes. Also how do you get that extra bicep pop!! You know the bit that chicks don't usually have? GOt that line along the top but I want the extra bit!!!

PS SUAS - I'll be more anal about posting workouts!!!

I wont be doing much for the next few weeks as going overseas to visit the olds, but gonna at least do squats/lunges/dips etc and hopefully my bro has some weights I can steal! Gonna be weird not hitting gym but I'll be keeping a keen eye on things so I dont ruin my hard work!!! \:D/

It can do if you're not careful. As long as you keep up some form of exercise a few times a week and don't blow out on nutrition you'll be fine :) I once gained 3kgs in one week and I was even snowboarding every day (But I was having burgers and beer every day)

Well I'm back now and I think I'm OK! Exercise consisted mostly of walking (whilst shopping haha) and probably didnt technically overeat just ate stuff I wouldnt normally have.....dont feel like I've gained any drastic weight (but NOT gonna check on the scales either!) I was really more worried about losing my muscle tone. Landed yesterday morning at some ungodly hour and spent the day in and out of a coma :) but was up bright and early today and did Yoga to ease myslef back in - full workout coming tomorrow - so glad to be back at the gym!!!
