Na thats cool!! It could be but my new super skin tight jeans are definitely not as skin tight as 2 weeks ago :) plus I've been so stressed my appetite has plummeted so it may all well go straight back on who knows!! Finally better so back to training properly tomorrow and all week as have a hot date with a 23 yr old next weekend.......so gotta be looking fine!!!!!

Sooooooo....even that wasn't enough to motivate me this week, I gotta admit been total misery guts lately with all the drama's (and illness) and gym took a backseat to boozing and moaning!! However, now i'm officially unemployed I ain't got nothing better to do so hopefully will see some good results within the next 4 weeks before I go on hols....and all the stress has def melted a way a bit extra BF so will do some new pics next week.....:)

K well ignoring Tom's comments here's today

2 sets of everything....

10x 45kg assisted chin-up

15x kinda weird reverse tricep dips on same machine....25kg

15x 28kg lat pull downs

2x 14kg straight arm pull down

15x 21kgseated row mid-grip

15x 19 reverse fly

15x chest fly 21

15x 15 shoulder press

20x 4kg alterate shouder raise (one in front one to side??)

20x 21kg seated row reverse grip

15x 4kg SB chest flys

15x 4kg SB overhead tricep

20mins cardio......back in the zone....really wanna do some more pics but its a bit cold to prance round in the bikini at the mo!! Need to toughen up :)

Back to it....legs yesterday, skipped abs after the weekends ab-pain fury....and also skipped cardio as people stressing me out about doing work for them!!!

Back to upper body today, lower tomorrow, break friday (bound to be hungover some playboy bunny is Djing at Pony Club tomoz) upper again sat...break sunday - 5 days boom!

my legs are screwed today after yesterday's workout - and I only did a few squats! the 20kg bar with 5kg each end.....but the low ones that they make you do in pump. Ouch. Doing pics tomorrow - eek!!! Haven't changed workout much, still on same program but trying to up the weights :) went to LM in Taka's the other day and all the machines were different weights to what I'd normally do in the city?? It was weird....whereas I'd normally do say 14kg I'd have to take the pins out totally - so strange! And some of the machines are labelled in lbs and kgs!!! Just to confuse me further...... Reckon I've dropped another kg or so since last pics (took some time off due to life crisis!) but you lot can tell me when I post the new ones tomorrow!

sorta...not figure I dont think as I'm not sure my health could handle being that lean (got immunity problems) but maybe figure/fitness...i was hoping to do that this year but things have gotten in the way.....next season for sure!

i would tug-of-war ronnie coleman with a rope anchored to my scrotum via rusty fishhook if it meant i could water my herb garden with the juice squeezed from your post yoga panties.
