Hi there everyone,

I have not long atarted at the gym with the goal of losing fat and getting ripped. I started in August 2010, and now almost finished getting myself sorted. My goal for the end of the year is to be ripped and have a six pack. I am 183cm and weigh 94 kgs. I have 17% bodyfat and that was last measured end of last Nov (my gym has just moved and could not do the latest measure, so looking forward to end of Jan). So thats about me, my main focus is on my diet as I get a lot of help from the staff at my gym. :pfft:
