New here.

Training for over 20 years. But just a while ago( Nov 28 2010) decided to begin a BB training protocol.

Got a recommended trainer, got started.

Plenty experience of oly lifting, and gen training, boxing, track and field etc. NOTHING prepared me for the diet and clean eating. Man I was fooling myself, and have a bit more respect for the BB's hard work ethic now. ( I have to eat my words :oops: and some prior thoughts about BB's)

Looking forward to my 19 week training block- compete as a novice in May NABBA I think.

Male 41 yrs

( and a little tired from lower carb intake.!)
