ahh i was hoping to see a pic, and you got youself suspended :pfft: :pfft: i will put mine up in here before you return :grin:

Word has it he may not return of his own accord which I think is a great shame to this site, Harry, SG and a couple others show the way forward for some of us who train unlike the others we are looking for it all to be big, strong, lean, powerful massive ....

His motivation is inspiring and would be a shame to see lost protest notes in his journal and im sure Harry will return :-)

Right best practice what I preach and start posting again...

Haven't done much of merit lately, just been plodding along and getting my training done. Much more straight bodybuilding at the moment so not a lot of heavy stuff shifted. Still trying to keep my squats up to around the 220 mark and my deads the same.

Will post some pics next week and maybe a couple of training vids.

Diet is going well and I am getting leaner at the rate I feel I need to to be ready for the wgtn show. My weight tends to fluctuate between about 114 and as high as 118 depending on where I am with my carb cycling.

ummmmm lol I do quantities not grams if that makes sense.. but basically lower days I would imagine are around 150-200gms and high days can be up to about 500-600 gms per day.

The higher carbs days are lower protein probably around 200-250 and the lower carbs days protein is up around 350.

More carbs on days before big workouts like legs and back.

I don't know to be honest... some shake ups at work and expensive to fly at that time but I want to.. I am going to train like the shows are all I am doing and see how things go. Can't be half arsed about it, so my mind says yes and my training says yes and my body will do what the hell I tell it to do ha ha ha ha

We shall see if the universe lets me. At any rate, biggest and strongest ever this year!
