Actually suas this is the biggest I have ever been, even back when I was hardcore like you young fellas and I managed to walk onstage in shape at 101. I am not focussing on stage weight at all though I will just diet for 16 weeks and see what happens. If I am only 95 that will seem like a waste of a year and a half BUT if that's where I have to be to be in shape then that's where I will be.

Right now just enjoying being strong and loving my training and growing.

And Pseud to be honest I have no idea how much I am eating. I am trying to eat 4 meals a day and relatively calorie dense type foods. Recently went from a lot of junk cals to now eating mostly cleaner type foods. But just keeping things very basic as I always do.

This is the gym I am currently training at and they have taken an interest in some of the stuff I lift.. this was a few reps on the incline with 140 pound dbs.. I think thats about ummm 63 kilos?

This was a little while ago I have since switched to inc bb in order to bring my reps back down to the 4-8 rep range.

Trained delts today. Did a couple of heavy sets of military press. 3plates for 5 and second set dropped to 2 pl then 1 pl. Then some rear delts, laterals and a couple of tricep exercises.

At the moment my workouts just revolve around 1 or 2 key movements that I work for strength then ancillary stuff.

Have just been slogging away...

Nothing notable.. oh I did do 12 reps with these 140Ib dbs, that was good. I have been staying away from them cos I have been doing military press but my tp wanted to do db shoulder press the other day so I did.

Can't train legs at the moment, did somethign shit to my knee cos my chair collapsed when I went to sit on it and i had to catch my weight at an odd angle, then next day trained legs and decided I cold hack squat a million kilos.. then I could bend my leg for ages.. This two weeks no leg training but at least I can get around ok on it and feel like by next week I should be able to train them again.

Back training is going well and my weight is sitting around 125-127.

Dieting again, yay me.. after last year I thought I'd have a serious go at a show so decided to give myself heap of time and have a good run in so I started 17 weeks out from fitx.

Just straight keto to begin with then I'll see how I go with that and change things as I go.

Had a break from gear and training prior to starting prep just to make sure my joints are ok and my receptors are receptive :)

So far so good.

Thought I would see what was going on in here, training is going ok but taken a backseat to parenting and the like... usual story for me.

Good to see this is still alive and well and people are kicking ass still!!!
