Trained chest on fri with a bit of back, someone was asking me about high incline db press last week so I video'd a set. The dbs are 50's.

Arms on sat and legs on sun.

Nothing really of note but have lifted my game in terms of intensity. I am feeling good physically and amped mentally.

Saw a bunch of pics of Garth Van de Meer and damn he's got an impressive physique with plenty of time until nats to sharpen his conditioning up just perfect. As always in the back of my head lurks that damn SG and his freaky mass and crazy wheels.

BW on sat morning was 108ish and I feel like I am noticeably leaner than last week. Who knows that seems heavy for me to be in the shape I am in but I am not going to fight it. Just go by what I see in the mirror.

Did back and bit of chest last night.

Straight arm pulldowns 5 sets of 12-15 reps very deliberate reps trying to get as much blood into my lats as possible.

Hammer strength rows alternating arms 1pps, 3pps, 4pps, 5pps/ 10-12 reps each 6pps/ 8 (Pretty strong for me). Then stripped back down to 3pps and did both arms at once for about 15 with partials.

Front pulldowns 3 sets of 10-12

Bb rows 60k, 100k, 140k/ 12 rest paused 140 to get to 12, then stripped back to 60k and did maybe 25 reps? Back was pumped like a mofo.

Hammer strength incline press, 1pps, 2pps, 3pps, 4pps/ 10 -12 reps each

Cable crossovers 3 sets of 12-15

30 mins on treadmill.

Good workout last night, got a mad pump probably because I had a lot of cals on sunday.

Oh and on a side note after almost 3 weeks I forced myself to take my gear yesterday morning. Can't miss anymore, it's frustrating cos while I feel quite good I know I could be a bit better if I wasn't missing my shots. Cut right back on dosing though. 250 test and 200 deca with 20mg of stan capsules/day.

Well I missed 3 weeks worth of shots.. but I am not going to miss anymore...

lol or I will try not to.

I was going to use all those things but ummmm don't like winny, prop and tren give me site lumps that look dumb and anavar is ummm weak as piss.

Sounds like it all coming along well Big H. You'd def have to be the front runner for the wellington show.

Is the low deca just for your joints? Not really a common thing to run into a show but I can see how it could b useful.

I don't think I am, I think Joe Ulberg, Supry and I hear Phil Nuku. Much more established than me. I'm happy with how things are going and I think I'll come in looking decent. Definitely feeling pressure at the moment, self imposed but it's there none the less.

I run the low deca cos I like it, I feel like it keeps everything together nicely and doesn't make me feel sickly like test does. I'll drop the test out last 2 weeks and drop the deca but both long acting esters so I should stay in my system for a while, I'll just use boldenone and maybe masteron. But probably just bold. I only need gear to hold what I have, I don't see any point in smashing it at this stage. But that's just what works for me.

I'm nervous but excited about competing and hopefully qualify for nationals cos that will be a great show!

Trained shoulders and triceps last night.

Bent cable laterals 4 sets of 12-15

Face pulls 4 sets of 12-15

At this stage I worked out I just wasn't feeling any love, tired and dragging my ass around. Oh well harden up.

Standing db laterals 5 sets of 10-15 tried to keep shortish rest breaks and really just focus on getting blood in.

Hammer strength press 1pps, 2pps, 3pps/ 12-15 reps each

4pps for 2 sets of 10, then 2pps for a set of about 15 alternating arms.

(better than expected considering how shit I felt so was happy.)

Seated machine laterals 3 sets of 12-15

Pushdowns 4 sets of 12-15

Close bench 4 sets of 10-12 only went up to 100k

One arm cable pushdowns 2 sets 15-20

30 mins cardio on the treadmill. I have been doing 30 mins walking in the mornings as well so it's starting to add up. Will pick it up a bit next week depending on where my weight is at over the weekend.

Trained bit of back and biceps yesterday and cardio. Main aim was just to hit biceps hard and get my cardio done. I find it hard going to the gym to just do cardio so I do a bit of weights before hand.

Concentration curls 4 sets of 12-15

Hammer strength one arm curls 4 sets of 10-12

Standing alternate db curls 4 sets of 10-12

Hammer strength high rows 4 sets of 12-15

Reverse grip bb rows 60k, 100k, 120k, 100k/ 12-15 reps

60k for a whole bunch of reps, controlled rep cadence though.

Straight arm pulldowns 3 sets of 12-15

Standing hammer curls 4 sets of 12-15

30 mins cardio on treadmill

Good workout.

Thursday off and last night did chest and little bit of back.

Struggling with energy at the moment. Just long slow days at work and it's as draining as hell.

Incline db flyes 15k, 22.5k, 30k, 37.5k, 45k, 30k/ 10-12 reps each

Cable crossovers 4 sets 12-15 reps

Incline bb 60k, 100k/ 15 reps, 120k for 2 sets of 8-10, 100k/ 12

Hammer strength incline press 1pps, 2pps, 3pps, 2pps/ 8-12 reps

Straight arm pulldowns 5 sets 12-15 reps

Front pulldowns 4 sets of 10-12 reps

No love today lol weak and tired. Not looking too bad though so that's the trade off isn't it???? Yeah I didn't think so either ha ha ha fucking gay weights!!!!! Might as well have just superset my inc bb press with push ups and kipping chins so I could feel like I was doing something!

BW sunday morning 107. Getting skinnier than a crack whore!

Arms on sat, 3 exercises for biceps and 3 for triceps. Moved fast and kept reps at 8-12 for biceps and 12-15 for triceps.

Then cardio for 30 mins on treadmill.

Sunday I did calves and quads.

5 sets toe press on hack squat 12-15 reps

Leg extns 4 sets of 12

Squats 60k, 100k, 140k, 180k/10 reps each

220k/ 3 (faaaarrrrrrrkkkkkkkkk!!!!) 140k/ 15

front squats 3 sets of 10 with 100k

Heavy leg extensions 4 sets of 10-12

Abs rope crunches and hanging leg raises 3 sets each

Cardio just 20 mins walk on tread.

Felt wiped this weekend. Never mind it's almost game time!

Yesterday did back and bit of biceps.

Front pulldowns 5 sets of 8-12 with some forced reps last 2 sets

Bb rows 60k, 100k, 120k, 120k, 100k/ 10-12 reps each

Parallel grip chins 3 sets of 10-12

Hammer strength rows one arm at a time 2p, 3p, 4p, 5p/ 10 reps each couple forced on 5p

Standing db curls 5 sets of 10-12 reps

30 mins treadmill.

Last night was delts and triceps.

Seated military press bar, 40k, 60k, 80k/15 reps each, 100k, 100k/ 10 reps each then back down to 60k for about 20 reps.

Hammer strength shoulder press machine 1pps, 3pps, 4pps/ 10 reps each then down to 3pps for 12 with partials

Cable laterals one arm at a time 3 sets of 12-15

Seated db laterals 2 sets of as many as possible with 17.5 k dumbells (not many)

That was it for delts, suprised myself with havin a bit of strength there cos I was feeling just slightly rubbish when I walked into the gym.

Tricep pushdowns 5 sets of 12-15

Lying db extns 3 sets of 10-12

Rope pushdowns one arm 3 sets of 12-15

Close bench 60k, 100k, 100k/ 10-12 reps each

Done. Great pump and sore this morning so I must have done something right.

Yeah shoulders always makes me feel better ha ha ha ha

I am hoping to show something decent at wgtn! make it worthwhile flying over there.

Once I drop everything down and water and stuff I reckon I will be just over 100? Who knows just going to do it and see.

I hear a great line up, Joe Ulberg, Big Phil Nuku as well and a few others. Yep exciting stuff!!

In last night for a bit of a workout and cardio.

Rack deads 60k, 100k, 140k, 180k, 220k/ 6 reps each

140k/12-15? not sure, quite a few anyways, slowed reps right down and squeezed hard at the top.

Parallel chins 3 sets of 10-12

Straight arm pulldowns 4 sets of 12

Hammer strength curls one arm at a time 4 sets of 8-10

Db curls hammer grip 3 sets of 10-12

cardio 30 mins treadmill.

Did chest and abs last night.

Inc bb 40k, 80k, 80k, 100k, 120k/ 12 reps each

140k/ 8, 100k/ 15-20? stoked cos been a while since I shifted 3 plates on inclines without a lot of neck pain.

Hammer strength incline press 1.5pps, 3pps, 4pps, 4pps/ 8-12 reps each then back to 3pps for about 12

Incline flyes 3 sets up to 40k for 7 lol ambitious fail.

Cable crossovers 3 sets of 12-15

3 sets of rope crunches 15-20 reps.

30 mins treadmill.

Felt good. Have tightened up my diet a bit more, 3 weeks OMG THE PRESSURE!!!

40 min walk this morning.. Hardcore for a sat morning for me!

Arms in the early arvo, 4 exercises for triceps and 3 for biceps, then 30 mins on treadmill.

Feeling a lot leaner this weekend than last so be interesting to see what my morning weight is tomorrow.

BW yesterday 105.5... pretty happy with how everything is going. Energy is ok and strength is ok..ish. But feel like I am looking pretty decent and muscles still round and full for now. 3 weeks to wgtn GULP!

Did legs yesterday.

Leg extns 4 sets of 12-15

Squats 60k, 100k, 140k, 180k/10-12 (felt great)

220k/ 3 (felt not so great :doh: ) then down to 140k/12-15

I am finding a lot of amusement in the fact that when I put my belt on for my 220 squats its useless, yesterday I thought maybe if I put it over my hoody and everything else I might get something out of it... no still too loose. Damn my sumo offseason guts. Better put some more holes in it (too cheap to buy a new one!)

One leg press 2pps, 3pps, 4pps, 5pps/10-12, 2pps/15

Hack squats superset with toe presses on hack machine 2pps, 3pps, 4pps, 5pps/ 12-15 reps each

Straight leg deadlifts with dbs 4 sets up to 50k dbs for 8

2 sets of lying leg curls 15-20, holding contraction.

Legs done, happy with the effort today. Pretty woeful squatting but I'm not too worried at the moment. Legs are coming along pretty good.

It's a pretty strong line up in Wgtn let alone nationals. I will be happy if I look good and am able to be competitive. Nationals will be a great contest with some great competitors. I might jump to masters for that show if I do it.
