Went in last night and did deadlifts and biceps. Just cos I normally have other commitments on thurs nights and for the next few weeks find myself with a little extra time.

Deads 60k, 100k, 140k, 180k, 220k/ 6 reps each

240k/3. Definitely noticed that I haven't done deads for a while.

Chins 3 sets of 10-12

Hammer strength curls 4 sets

Standing db curls worked up to 30k/6 reps then drop set.

Thought increasing from a 4 day schedule to a 5 day one might help with conditioning plus gives me a chance to start doing deads again AND more importantly do more bicep training :D

Deads and Biceps :shock: man you are a beast, last thing I wanna do after deads is another pull exercise.

I can't do biceps after rows and stuff but after deads is ok.

I don't think we get Diet Fanta in NZ, I did see it when I lived in Aussie but not back here. Short straw!

I love how you can not deadlift for ages, be dieting and still pull deads as strong as you do haha

Ummm It isn't a very good pic, when I take one I like I will post it. Maybe next week.

I was suprised how heavy the deads felt :shock: :shock: :shock:

I guess in retrospect it's not a whole lot less than I was doing when I was doing them every week but you know how it is, you don't beat something and you think you're weak.

Few points....

bw on sat was 113.5, sometimes up around 116 but in general cycling downwards. I am re assessing my end weight as I think it is unlikely I will break 100 tbh. Have decent abs and everything really starting to tie in, very exciting stuff. Hitting 30-40 mins cardio 3-5 days per week but will aim for 5 days this week and closer to 40 than 30 mins. Just light walking nothing too strenuous.

Pretty happy at the moment. Taking 750 test cyp every 9-10 days with 1 ml deca. So a decent amount of gear for me.

Did chest and triceps on sat and legs on sunday.

Nothing to write home about although I did try and pause in the bottom position on my squats, did 2 sets of 220 with a slight pause at the bottom of each rep to take out ant bounce or momentum. That was hard as hell and definitely feeling it today.

I just load up 2 barrels and do them both once every 9-10 days. Will bring it down to once a week when I ummmmm... well sometime no doubt.

I didn't post my diet cos it's kind of flexible. But basically about 250-300gms protein and 50-100 gms carbs a day. Mostly eat whole foods.

No logic really, I hate pinning is one thing so while I aim for once a week I never make it and sometimes it's 2 weeks before it gets done. However I have tried really rigid pinning protocols and just find that the gain over time was the same as doing it how I do it now.

In the past if something was supposed to be eod then eod it was, hell if you told me stan was 8 hour half life bang every 8 hours. I am a lot lot bigger than I was when I followed those kinds of protocols to be honest so the difference to me is negligible. If I am pinning GH or peptides then I will follow a much more rigid plan but pinning oils I am pretty lazy and have found it doesn't make much difference in terms of gains.

Ok well if it works for you. I have found leaving it too long it can get a bit itchy n puffy etc.

That is an unbelievably low carb intake for this far out at your size Big H. How do you even function and retain your mass? You must have a cruisey inside job like Android lol.

300g protein = 1200 cal

50 - 100g carbs = 200 - 400 cal

Average of 1500 calories from pro and cho. That's pretty bloody low 11 weeks out weighing around 115kg bro!

I'm not saying that's a bad thing, im just Mirin dedication :)

I guess for my size it's low, I don't really think of it like that or in terms of caloric intake. I just think I need a certain amount of protein to maintain what muscle I have and 300gms is plenty and I keep my carbs where they are just because it's working. I probably have a cup of rice a day sometime half a cup. The occassional piece of fruit.

I actually struggle to eat a lot of the time, not cos I'm not hungry but just because I don't much like protein LOL I could eat 10000 cals from chips every day no problem at all ha ha ha

I have no idea how my weight is sitting where it is and I am reluctant to eat less. I do feel like my metabolism is firing up a little more so maybe I will be able to increase my carbs? I just play it by ear as I go along. If I am getting leaner and maintaining or increasing my strength then I'm going well, if my strength plummets or I stop getting leaner then I look at what I need to change.

Would be great to stand onstage with you SG, actually any of the guys on here. Just for the fun of it. I'm a realist, I think I'm ok but I know there's plenty of other guys who are a lot better and living the lifestyle. (I still want to win though LOL)

I'm amped at what I'm seeing happening in my body I just hope I can get to where I need to be in time.

NO not taking any so yeah no doubt a lot of water weight as well as reams of bodyfat.

Another weekend done and dusted. Back friday morning, chest sat and arms sunday.

This week started with legs yay!

Won't log anything I just trained with moderate weight, slightly faster pace and higher rep ranges for the most part.

Been very busy with stuff outside of bodybuilding but enjoying how my physique is changing and how everything is coming along.

Bw on sat morning was 112 so it's coming down. 10 weeks to go now so putting in some good fats and picking up my cardio a little bit.

Pressure is on!!!!!

My legs, I am pretty happy where they are at, been trying to balance them out and that has happened nicely, thickness hanging in there as well and conditioning coming slowly.
