Well it's been an interesting couple of weeks. Have hardly trained to be honest. Sick me, sick kids, sick everyone so took the week to recover.

Met ALN the other day and his partner, she looks amazing and no doubt the one to watch at the chch Nabba Wff show. ALN is still a fricking tank of a man. I felt just a little bit puny!

Been dieting a whole 4 days and I have no idea why everyone complains about it... :shock: :shock: :shock: ok yeah it does suck.

That's it. Back to training this weekend.

OK recovered and a week and a half into dieting for this upcoming wellington show. Have been quite sick for the last few weeks but now everything seems to have come right.

I'll just start logging training as of last night.

Shoulders and biceps.

Face pulls 5 sets of 12-15

Seated db presses 10k, 20k, 30k, 40k/ 12 reps each

50k/ 11 (pretty happy with this cos I haven't done much shoulder training for about 6 weeks I think.)

Db laterals 3 sets of 12-15

Hammer strength press 2 sets of 15-20 only 2pps. Pausing in the bottom position and not locking all the way out.

Preacher curls 4 sets of 10-12

Standing db curls 3 sets of 10-12

Rope curls 2 sets of 15-20

Good solid workout, good pace, not bad power. Everything feeling good.

Down in bodyweight to around 114-115, want to drop under 110 in the next couple of week, carbs pretty low and protein up around 300.

Oh and gear at the moment is 450mg cyp and 300mg bold every 7 days with 20mg dbol a day, will follow that protocol for 4 weeks then decide what I am going to do from there.

I thought I better go hard.

Using the bold this far out what is it 16 weeks to go?

Will u look at running it through the whole 16 or not?

I know u say u like to keep it simple but just curious if run or swap for a tren or winny as some say bold gives them good results after just 10 weeks and others say minimum 14

Hey Rhyno... it's interesting you say that about guys saying they don't get good results using it for less that 10 or so weeks. I don't really understand that to be honest. I will run it 4 weeks then probably put some deca in it's place and some tren on top. Then I will reintroduce it maybe 6-8 weeks out from comp. I notice it working within a week of starting it. I am inclined to believe that once any steroid is released into your system you should start to "feel" it working.

I don't like winny, just a personal thing so I won't run that at all but I alternate things every 4-6 weeks, will use tren, got some stan tabs which I will use just cos someone gave them to me, probably run some anapolon at some stage. Trying to get some masteron, that's always good. I just find if I change things around when I am on for a while I don't have to increase my overall mgs much and my body still responds. If I take the same thing for a long time I just get stale on it.

Hope that answered your question. I am pretty transparent about what I do anyways so as I go it will be logged.

I have used couple times before at 8 and 10 weeks and worked well. Just reading alot of people say to do for 14 weeks + got me thinking.

But if it's working then change it like you mentioned not to get stale

Be keen to keep seeing the updates and cycle changes also

Trained Back last night.

Front pulldowns 5 sets of 8-12 last set a drop set

Straight arm pulldowns 4 sets of 12-15

BB rows 5 sets with 2 sets at 120k for 8-10. I was suprised how heavy this felt but oh well my back was pumped.

Hammer strength rows 5 sets up 2 4.5pps for 8-10 reps each

Reverse grip pulldowns 3 sets of 8-10

Then finished with 4 sets of tricep pushdowns for 12-15 reps

Sunday I did legs, Squats up to 240 for 6 then leg press for sets of 12 up to 11pps. Hammies and calves as well.

bw 114-115 and starting to see a bit of abs. Definitely feeling good now for having dropped a bit of weight and a bit of lard.

Just found out a friend of Drizzt and I will be doing this show, should be able to clean him up but all the more reason to show up and support the boys gone be a great show I think.

Did shoulders and biceps last night. Weighed myself to see what was going on with my water retentive bloat lol... only 114 so that's good. Gradually trending down.

Seated military press up to 2 sets with 100k for 10-12 and then a couple of lighter sets with 80k, then 60k.

4 sets of bent db laterals for 10-15

3 sets of hammer strength shoulder press for 12-15 up to 3pps

3 sets of cable laterals 12-15 reps

3 exercises for biceps for 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps each.

Good workout, moved nice and quick and got a good pump.

Chest went pretty well started with inc bb and did a decent 8 with 140 then 4 with 160 followed by a drop set.

Did some arms after chest.

Legs worked up to 220 for an easy 6 then wanted 6 at 250 but stopped at 3 cos.. well cos I am weak I guess lol

Then leg press up to 12pps for 12 reps.

Bw is still sitting around 114-115 and getting leaner so pretty happy with that.

Very flexible though, I don't have a rigid plan that states I must change something at certain times, I kind of have a look every 2 weeks and if I think I need to do something I do it.

I think I will be around 100 in wgtn. I am not fussed at all with bw but that just seems to be where I will be at. If I wind up at 95 and that's what it takes to get the condition I need then I will be 95, if I am lighter then I will just quit cos I am way too tall to be onstage less than 95. I'll look like a beach body!
