Hams and calves last night..

Did calf raises on the hack squat and on the seated calf machine... 5 sets each of 12-15 reps

SLDLs 40k, 60k, 100k, 140k, 180k/ 8 reps each

200k/4, 100k/8

Lying leg curls for 4 sets of 12-15

I was going to do quads but I got a bit carried away with hammies and calves and when I tried squatting a plate I just wasn't feeling it so I called it quits.

Today my hams and calves are fried now I just have to work out when I will squat.

Yeah I don't let it rest on the ground and I dont bounce it but cmon Android, I am a whole lot closer to the ground than you are to begin with ha ha ha ha ha

Did biceps and shoulders last night.

Didn't do anything exciting, 3 exercises for biceps for 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps. Wanted to get a great pump and hammer my biceps. Finished with some reverse cable curls.

THe highlight of my shoulder workout as 2 sets of 6 with 4pps on the hammer strength shoulder press, both pretty easy so I put 5pl on and did 3. Not too good but it's a beginning.

err, what did I miss...Harry has a goa?

Yeah start to diet in mid may, do wgtn show sept 8th.

Just trying to grow some muscles real quick before I start my diet.

ahh sorry I must have missed that entry....but now I get the jokes about the NZIFBB classes.

Well you didn't actually miss it cos I haven't made it, but of course in conversation with PD it came up. So yeah lol...

I will definitely be a monster by then, be great if you could come down.

I didn't back out, I made a decision that I was too small to be competitive. But now they have this athletic class, problem solved!!! \:D/

should be awesome with You, Supry and Ulberg fighting it out in the overalls.

Sunday did chest and bit of back.. was amped from having watched the Australasias on saturday and so had a bit of fire going on.

Flat bench 60k, 100k, 140k/3 each

180k/ 3 + 1 forced

170k/ 5 + 1 drop to 140k/ 4 + 1 drop to 100k/ 6 + 1 drop to 60k/ until I couldn't budge it off my chest

140k/ 5 + 1 (chest was fried)

Inc bench 60k, 100k, 120k/ 8 reps each

140k/ 4 + 2 drop to 100k/ 6 +1 drop to 60k/ until I couldn't move it

4 sets of cable crossovers, 2 from high position and 2 from low position, focused on big stretch and pausing in stretched position to eliminate momentum.

Parallel grip chins bw/ 8

bw + 10k/ 8

bw + 20k/ 5 + 2

bw/ failure...

T-bar rows 1p, 2p, 3p, 4p, 6p/ 8 reps each

4p/ 15 reps

Did some rest pause in heaviest set of tbars and then again on back off set.

Workout done and feeling good. Oh and bw is up to 116, trying to rebuild my appetite for when it's diet time. I don't normally eat that much so I am trying to force myself to eat more regular meals. Not worried about what I eat as much as eating it at the moment. Feeling pretty good though even if a bit sluggish from being such a fat mofo.
