You'll have nothing to worry about bro. I'm small, fat, and useless... If I ever hop on stage I'll likely be laughed off because my physique will look like a piece of shit because I never stick to any routine long enough to make any decent progress.

Yeah bro I had to take the weekend off I was so off colour but back to it last night for legs and felt a million bucks.

ON paper the workout doesn't seem much but I just felt so strong compared to last weeks leg workout! Finally on the up and up.

Squats 60k, 100k, 140k, 180k/ 8 reps each (last week 180 kicked my ass, this week not so much) then 220k for a strong triple with belt and loose wraps. Same as last week but I was sitting down in my reps and just stoked to not have all kinds of back pain and nausea happening. Held back a couple of reps just so I didn't push myself back into illness.

Finished with a set at 140k for 12-15 I didn't count.

hack squats 2pps, 4pps, 6pps/ 8 reps each

leg extensions 3 sets of 12-15

SLDL 20k, 60k, 100k, 120k, 140k/ 8-10 reps each

One leg press 1pps, 2pps/ 12-15 reps each

Felt great during this workout, man when you have a shit couple of weeks you really appreciate a decent workout.

I finished today with some incline bb press sets of 5 up to 140k. Just because I didn't do chest on the weekend.

Home and hosed.

Woke up early this morning for 20 mins of cardio and some triceps.

Quick workout today not a lot of time so just did 4 exercises.

Deads 60k, 60k, 100k, 140k, 180k, 220k/ 3 reps each

260k/ 2

260k/ 1

180k/ 5 (used straps once I got to 220k.

Had to wait for chins so did some incline dbs, just worked up to 2 sets with 50k for 10 reps. Thanks to the guy who offered a spot lol... Just wanted to stretch my chest out and explode from bottom position.

Parallel grip chins 3 sets of 8-10.

Flat bench worked up to 3 sets of 5 with 140k. Just want to practice the movement. 140 felt nice and tight, enough weight to test me but not so much I was struggling. Paused the last rep of each set just to see if I could I suppose.

Felt good today but ran out of training time.

Epic deads bro! Strength is creeping up man.

Lol at the guy offering you a spot on your warmup. Although to be honest I have seen guys get spots from the first or second rep on their warmup sets :doh:

Strength is slowly coming back, no rush so just pushing things along. Try and get up to 7p dead then that will suffice..... maybe? I'll see how I go. More concerned about my woeful pressing strength at the moment but patience is the key.

The spotting was funny cos the poor guy was being nice. He saw me sitting with the 50s and was just offering to help. I was like "thanks bro but I should be ok..." 10 reps later and I bet he never offers to spot me again. Oh well, the dumbells only go to 50 at that gym.

Did shoulders, calves and biceps on sat.

Calves I did 3 exercises for 3-6 sets each for 12+ reps each set, my main thing on calves now is to try and push up from a dead stop and full stretch to as high as possible and finish with partials etc until my calves are fried. I have been doing that for a little while now and they seem to be responding well.

Shoulders was bent db laterals seated for 4 sets of 10-12

Then one arm cables for rear delts 3 sets of 12-15

Finished delts with Seated behind neck press. worked up to 80k/12, 100k/6, 80k/10, 60k/10

Awkward as hell but my delts were fried from the change of angle.

That was it for shoulders.

Biceps I did 3 exercises for 4 sets each and kept my reps in the 8-10 rep range, again focussing on pulling from a full extension and without momentum and some partials at the end.

Hammer strength preachers one arm at a time, then standing db curls and finishing with standing bb curls.

Feeling great at the moment. Thought I would leave off dominant stuff like delts and ummmm delts so I could focus more on weaknesses.. everything else. Just for a little until I get my chest numbers back up to a decent level or I get sick of doing weak arse presses.

Oh jumped on the scales and I am a slim 110.. not bad for being sick for almost 2 weeks and really only eating crap food.

Last night did back and a bit of chest and biceps.

Deads 60k, 100k, 140k, 180k, 220k/3 reps each

260k/1, 260k/1 ( really disappointed cos I wanted a triple today but just wasn't happening for me.) 220k, 180k/3 reps each.

Straight arm pulldown 4 sets of 15

Incline bb 60k, 100k/8 reps each

140k, 140k/4 reps each (so weak!! Frustrating as hell)

100k/15

Parallel grip chins 2 sets of 12 reps

Front pulldown overhand wide grip 4 sets of 10 reps pyramiding up.

Hammer strength rows 4 sets of 8-10 up to 4pps.

Hammer strength preacher curls 4 sets of 10-12 one arm at a time.

I felt good going into the gym and had a good crack at everything, just wasn't strong today. Not going to dwell on it too much because I got a good feeling out of everything and it's not like I bombed terribly. Maybe just need more water through the day?

Lol funny thing was my tongan TP who's never done full deads worked up to 260 for a single lol... WTF!!!
