Fella's I got short arms that's all.

I so want the big ones in the gym though 62.5k. I will have a crack in a couple of weeks!

You've grown rather confident of late, Sir. Your bicycle must be working well.

Ha ha ha ah ha ummmm I am not on that cycle yet, well peptides yes, gear no.

26 Oct shoulders and arms

Seated db press 10k, 17.5k, 27.5k, 42.5k/ 15 reps each

57.5k/9+1 (decent)

Holy crap bro! 57.5 for 10! You're a freak

I'm about to go train delts and I'm not sure if I'm motivated or depressed lol

I know you probably can't touch your shoulders after a train like that, but do you even struggle to brush your teeth with bowling balls for delts?

Kinda seems silly starting at 10's when you finish in the high 50's! Hahaha

Gotta do what ya gotta do to get warm I guess

You've trained with me man... doesn't matter where you start, it's where you finish that counts. I actually like doing lots of warm ups when I am going to go heavy. Maybe if I did less reps and stuff on the way up I might have got more at the top end but I don't fuss too much with that.

Well not necessarily cause your method gets a higher blood flow so still provides the stimulus. My observation is merely to the fact that the 10's look silly in the same workout haha

harry. photos. that is all.

good luck getting those

Some say he trains with no lights on

Some say he trains while others are sleeping

Some say he trains without taking a single breath between reps

He is the elusive bodybuilder

BUt I do exist lol.. You've seen me Android lol so's PD.

yeah buddy

ummm who am I supposed to be taking photos of? lol

Yesterday 27 Oct I did chest and calves

5 sets of cable crossovers 12-25 reps. Wanted to really get a good pump and blood flow into my chest before I started pressing.

Flat bench for 21s

60k, 80k, 100k, 100k, 100k. With the 100k I did the first set regular 21s style, bottom half, top half then full ROM. Second set was top half, full ROM then bottom half and third set was full ROM, bottom half then top half. My chest was all kinds of fried after this.

INcline fly/press

Just grabbed the 30k dbs and alternated rep by rep flyes then presses. Did 3 sets of 8-10 reps. It get's really hard really fast!

3 sets of dips until I basically couldn't push up even for partial ROM

Cross bench pullovers 3 sets with 35k 10-15 reps

Very different chest workout but I was fried and today my chest is sore as anything so hopefully it will grow a little bit.

Standing calf raises 4 sets of 12-20 with partials until failure

Seated toe press 4 sets with partials until failure. Calves = dead!

I've never done 21's like that on bench, sounds evil! Will have to try it one day, maybe tomorrow! Haven't done flat bench for a while so this will be fun - if I can even get to 21 reps, that is. :)

Just something different that's all man. I got a great pump from it. My TP enjoys doing different things and I just do whatever... I mean I know how to train hard so I just apply intensity to whatever I am doing. I will bench heavy every now and then just so I can maintain (or regain) some power but I am enjoying using different techniques.

You're right there - A bit of variety does keep training interesting, sometimes helps with progress also. Especially if you're trying to build a balanced physique, I'd imagine (that's something I'm trying to focus on).

Too right and the biggest thing is it gives me ways to train that aren't killing my joints and connective tissue all the time. I love to train heavy but after a few weeks of hitting numbers every week everything really starts to hurt so I change things around a bit.

Plus I think you have to hit lots of angles so your muscles look 3D! Especially if you aren't a huge guy... I mean I rely on completeness when I have to compete against big guys...

28 oct..

Just did arms I mean it was friday so why now...

3 exercises for biceps and 3 exercises for triceps with 2 exercises for foreams. All in the 10-15 range with forced reps and drop sets and all kind of pain. I loved it, my arms are really starting to progress.

29 oct shoulders and little bit of back

I wasn't going to train this day but decided to do something just to get the blood moving around.

Seated laterals super set with seated db front raises 4 sets of 12-15 with 12.5k. Wanted to warm everything up and get a good pump!

Standing bb press, no momentum or push and full stop at the bottom of each rep. 30k/12, 50k/10 then 3 sets with 70k for 8-10 reps each

Seated Hammer strength press (yeah I had to do something a little bit heavy!!)

1pps, 2pps, 3pps/ 15 reps each

4pps/ 7 reps only (FAIL!!) I just ran out of gas, but my delts were absolutely fried!!

Then some back.

4 sets of chins, 14 reps (was suprised) then they dropped from there til my last set which was about 6.

4 sets of straight arm pulldowns 12-15 reps each set

4 sets of hammer strength seated rows with 2pps, holding in contracted position for a one count. Mad pump.

All in all a good workout and I was glad I did it.

30th oct legs.. well upper legs anyway, calves I did with arms and they were still sore.

Smith machine squats.. (Sit down ATG style, feet slightly forward)

1pps, 2pps, 3pps/ 15 reps

4pps/ 10 fucking hard reps.... I was gasping, did these with short rests and really pushed myself. Bloody weak as piss!!!

4 sets of inverted leg press 15-25 reps, not very heavy at all but again short breaks pauses in bottom position, legs were dead!!

Leg extensions 2 sets of 15 dead dead dead!!!

OH did hams first lying leg curls and seated leg curls, 4 sets of 15-20 reps each.
