^ You getting stronger as you get smaller? WTF.

Shoulders like boulders for sure!

Yeah for reps my strength is pretty good I suppose but as far as shifting heavy weights... well my carbs are up a wee bit and I have started another cycle.. (I had some time off) so I am hoping my strength climbs. I have also missed doing heavy (for me) weight with basics cos my TP is all about isolation. Yeah did it, liked it but missed being a power house!!!

I want to hit an even 100 before I stop coming down though.

Looking forward to seeing the crazy lifts you're gonna be doing! :)

Well all I want to do is 60k db shoulder press for like 6 or something. That's not too much to ask is it? lol

I am just going to gradually creep things up, want to stay in shape and just grow a tiny bit. OK a tiny lot!

Yeah I thought that'd be what's behind this. lol

Good luck! I'll stay in the race, but at my own pace. :)

Got Supry Sos staying at the moment, he's here doing the Aus Nationals, looking very dry and hard. Be good to see how he goes with the boys over here, weighed in yesterday at 74.5k and he's onstage tomorrow. I'll take some pics later when I drag him tp the gym.

Watched the nationals on sunday (open's mens classes) and it amped me!

Supry won the u75 South Pacific Champs and looked awesome, much better than in wgtn and he will be even better come the NZ nationals this weekend! Was amazed at just how much his muscles jump off his frame at such a light bw. Most of the guys in the class were my height and Supry just outmuscled everyone while still looking really balanced and aesthetic, not to mention one cool relaxed guy. We discussed loading but decided his main priority was the NZ show so he just cut his water a little on sat night and walked onstage a crisp 72!

Mark Reed came second in the superheavies and looked just awesome. Big and hard at 114k, he looked liked he stumbled onstage in the wrong class cos his muscularity just dwarfed everyone else. However for some reason he came second to a guy name Scott Goble who for my money just didn't carry enough muscle to beat Mark. Still I ain't judging, Scott had better aesthetics and Mark is a little bit blocky.

The heavies 90-100k class was hotly contested and was won by a guy who was 45 years old.. take that young dudes lol!!!!!!

Right we did chest today still buzzing from watching the show and with delusions of grandeur.

Smith machine partial incline presses. Top 3/4 ROM with a pause on stoppers at the bottom of every rep, slow negatives.

1pps/12

2pps/12

3pps/10 + 2fr

3.5pps/5 +2fr drop set to 2pps/until I couldn't move the bar!

Flat flyes 4 sets of 12-15 up to 35k dbs.

Flat bench

1pps/12

2pps/14

2pps/11 drop set to 1pps/until I couldn't get it off my chest

Low cable crossover 2 sets of 12-15

Chest done. Trying lots of slow reps especially negatives and forced reps. Just trying to break everything down and it worked today I was wiped out. Wanted to do biceps also but lunch break so ran out of time.

19 oct shoulders and biceps

Did biceps first cos my main focus in any shoulder workout is whatever else I am training.

Standing db curls

12.5k, 17.5k, 22.5k, 27.5k/ 8-12 reps

then a drop set 27.5/7 drop to 22.5k/4 drop to 17.5k/4 drop to 12.5/ until I could move my arms

Hammer strength one arm curls

15k/8(wu) 25k/10, 25k/8 + 2fr drop to 15k/7 + 1 forced negative

Cable straight bar curls 2 sets of 12-15 just doing a constant tension midrange. My biceps were killing me but they will grow!!

Shoulders

High rope rows (face pulls) 4 sets of 12 - 15

Seated db presses 12.5k, 25k/ 12 reps each

40k/ 20 reps (not bad)

Hammer strength shoulder press

2pps, 3pps, 4pps/ 8 reps each

Standing lateral raises 3 sets of 15-20 with 12.5k dbs.

Done. Was pretty happy with todays workout, biceps was good, been really lifting my intensity there and shoulders.. well I don't focus too much on them but they are a dominant bodypart already but was pretty happy to do some decent reps with a half way decent weight. Definitely felt it!

Nice work there mate. Shit 40kg for 20. Damn, I better hurry myself up... 3 shoulder workouts for me this week.

First to 65kg for 6! lol

Not sure about 65 for 6.. it even sounds painful!!! I was thinking to just do 15 with the 40s but it went up pretty easy so I thought I better do 20. I got short arms though man....

I don't think I did, man it was painful.

I love training shoulders but mine are kind of dominant already on my physique so I while I am still wanting to train them hard I want to save my joints for chest and back, which are areas I really need to work on and my damned puny (but growing) arms. Ok mostly biceps, my triceps are decent.

Damn, it shouldn't be painful. I guess you are more than a few years older than I am, though. Shit, what have I got in store for myself. lol

24 Oct Chest and triceps

Incline bb press (yay!!! Been laying off the basics for a bit and been missing the power of them. Even though I am weak as piss. I know it won't take long!)

40k, 60k, 80k, 100k/15

120k/10

140k/5 (grrrrr man this used to be easy!!!)

Cable crossovers 4 sets of 15-20

Hammer Strength chest press 1pps, 1.5pps, 2.5pps/12-15

Tricep pushdowns 4 sets of 15-20

Facing away triceps extensions 3 sets of 12-15

My chest and tris were pumped so that was enough for the day! Trying to actively hit everything in as short a time as possible, hence the higher reps. My strength will come back I hope lol but at a higher rep range.

For those interested I have actually had a good break from the gear and cleaned my system out a bit. Now starting again on a pretty decent course. BW 105, in good condition now, very good condition. Great platform to start something. I was a little disappointed I couldn't make it over to compete but I enjoyed the process of getting shape anyway. Everyone looked awesome and big ups to them.

This next course which should take me through til xmas is basic gear wise.. going to try run about a gm of test a week, couple of ml of tren and a couple of ml of inj dbol. Never used the inj dbol before but it was highly recommended to me so I am going to have a whack at it.

ON top I am running ghrp6 0.2ml twice a day and 0.2ml CJC per day. Picking my carbs up to about 100gms a day and seeing what kicks off. I want to keep a very close eye on my condition because I want to stay leanish. Right where I am at now would be great so that's what I will make happen.. I do want to go a little up in bw though so eating a bit more and if needs be will do a little cardio to supplement. Got to lift my game! Taking all this shit I better make it worthwhile.

Picking my carbs up to about 100gms a day

Got ribs showing from the malnourishment?!

Seriously though, good work ethic and mind set being that low on carbs to get in shape bro.

I'm not experience with gear. I know tren can help with fat loss, but is the goal of your next cycle to to lose more fat or just to gain mass. I probably have you facepalming right now hahahaha.

I just like tren for everything... I am trying to gain muscle but keep it lean. If anything I am wanting to stay the same weight as I am now but get leaner and leaner... I will probably gain a little from the test and dbol but keeping the carbs lower will control the water retention a bit better. Suit and tie guy here, can't go with a big red moon face to work everyday!

If tren works, then why not.

Besides, doesn't matter if you gain weight, as long as you get learner. Better than staying the same weight and looking leaner.

Well at the end of the day as long as I am progressing in one way or another then I am happy.

25 Oct Back

Straight arm pulldowns 4 sets of 12-15 reps each

Front pulldowns 4 sets of 10-12 reps each

Supported bench bb rows 1pps, 1.5pps, 2pps, 2pps, 1.5pps/ 12-15 reps each

Db rows 40k 3 sets of 12-15 (holding in contracted position)

Hammer strength low rows 3 sets of 10-12 2pps.

Quick workout today but focussed on full stretch and holding the contraction. Got a great pump. My back has thickened up a lot over the last 6 months and I credit that to a change in my form and really trying to be stricter with my movements. Wrecked my ego though lol

Seated mach laterals 2 sets of 12-15

Shoulders were pumped to bits so that was enough.
