chest and well just chest

Inc dbs (palms facing) 5 sets of 10-15 up to 65k

High Incline bb 4 sets of 10-12 up to 120k

Hammer strength decline press 3 sets up to 3pps for 12-15 reps

Machine flyes 3 sets both arms 12-15 reps

3 sets one arm at a time 12 reps

Incline flyes 4 sets up to 40k 8-10 reps

Flat bench up to 3 plates 6-8 reps

That was that, pretty quick!

11 august legs

Ok so after talking to Nate I decided to do higher reps today... sorry bro I couldn't count past 15 lol or should I say couldn't breathe past 15 reps!

Hammer strength v squats

1pps, 3pps, 5pps, 6pps/ 15 reps each. I was hurting already.

One leg leg press

1pps, 2pps, 3pps, 4pps, 5pps/ 12 reps each, rest paused to make 12 on the last set.

Leg press

7pps, 10pps, 12pps/ 15 reps each. Not a bad effort for an old dude.

Leg extns 3 sets light as 12 reps each

Squats 1pps, 2pps/ 10 reps each... Stopped as I felt every meal I have eaten in the last 3 weeks slowly rising up.... bleuuughhhhh!!!

Hammies on the hack squat... 1pps, 2pps, 3pps, 3pps 10-12 reps each.

Dead!!!!!............. dead as a door knob....

Dont worry the internet heroes have spoken and i didn't get 3 whites for depth so my workout was wasted..... :pfft: :grin:

The other lads (2 HB rugby guys & Steve) were smashed, Steve said he had to get up and have a hot shower at 3am cos his legs kept locking up! :pfft:

Right training for the last few days...

Sat I did chest again, was suprised how well I went considering I had only just done chest a couple of days before. Did biceps as well, traumatised them with drop sets and forced negatives!!!! Still bloody sore today and it's 3 days later! Preexhausted everything and did higher reps on my compounds, short breaks.

Sunday I did shoulders and triceps, rear delts first then laterals and then presses, nothing to write home about in terms of weight but kept the intensity high. Finshed with db laterals at a bunch of different angles. Then triceps. I am on a mission to make my arms bigger and have been changing my attitude towards arm training. Less of an afterthought and now trying to put the intensity I put into my back and chest training into arms.

This morning, tues 16 august legs at 5am

Prioritsed hamstrings this morning.

So lying leg curls for 6 sets, some one leg some two leg, all sets between 15-20 reps with rest pause.

Hams on the hack squat

1pps, 2pps, 3pps, 4pps/ 12 reps each

5pps/ 8 reps

leg extensions 5 sets one leg and two leg, high reps didnt even count them just trying to exhaust my quads.

Tried hacks but it being only 5 days since I did quads last my knees were still killing so did 5 sets of 1 leg leg press fore 15 reps each.

Then Hammer strength squat machine for 4 sets of 12 up to 5pps.

Left it at that. Legs were fried.

oh bw down to 111-112. Definitely starting to come together!

Yeah man I figure another 10 or so, should see me sneaking in just over 100k. Who cares just keep on coming down until I am where I need to be, all the size in the world ain't worth shit if it ain't in shape... that's my lesson from years gone by! Stupid samoan appetite! lol

Insane size bro, and still pushing serious weights.

Still waiting on the progress pics though :poked:

I am not really a fan of pics... I don't think I look any good so I shy away from taking them. I am travelling pretty well though, getting leaner and leaner and still carrying some size although I do feel real puny!
