Bodybuilding close foot squats bro. I'm doing some deads tomorrow though so I will def vid those. That's pretty hard to get wrong ha ha ha

Well I am not sure but a couple of weeks ago I did some singles and worked up to 200. I did it a couple of days after a chest workout so Might have been good for a tiny bit more? I will test it again in a couple of weeks. I have done more and trying to get back up there.. Short arms though man! Lol

11 June back training with 2 time Mr Australia Victor Dmitriyev

Did pretty much just whatever he wanted to do. Fast paced workout, we found a happy compromise for reps because he's a 15+ rep guy for back so we settled on the 10-12 range.

Straight arm pulldowns 4 sets of 12-15

Low pulley rows 4 sets of 12-15

Deadlifts

60k, 100k, 140k, 180k/ 10-12 reps each

220k/ 8

Pullover machine 4 sets of 8-10

Front pulldowns 5 sets of 10-12 light but holding contraction and very strict.

Wasnt my usual style of training but I got a great pump. Deads were ok but I wasn't in the heavy dead lift mode hence only hitting 5pps. Next back workout is my way so I made the compromise this time.

I finished with some one arm pulldowns just to get every last bit of work hot of my lats.

Delts tomorrow with him so that will be fun.

Sunday 12 June

Shoulders and triceps

Trained with Big Vic again, straight bodybuilding workout.

Facepulls 4 sets 12-15

Bent db rows 4 sets 12-15 only went up to 20

Seated military press

Bar, 40k, 60k, 80k/ 12 reps each

100k/ 7 drop to 80k/ 3 drop to 60k/ 4

One arm cable laterals 4 sets 10-12

Tricep pushdowns 4 sets 12-15

Hammer strength machine dips 4 sets of 12 (went to 6pl total for 2 sets of 12)

Overhead extensions

3 sets of 10-15

Blistering pace today, I was sweating like a mofo. Killed my strength a little bit and I normally train quick anyway but this was crazy quick. I'll get used to it, nice change from my usual TPs.

Facepulls are rear delts, right?

Finding a better pump with the quicker paced workouts?

Yeah crazy pumps... It's interesting for me and I know I will get stronger again, just got to get the conditioning.

Yes for rear delts, I normally call them high rope rows.

Its fun training with someone that makes you feel like you have some accountability. Normally I push my training partners and they just watch me train lol

Kind of lol he likes training with me cos I'm stronger than he's used to so he's chasing a bit and I like training with him cos he's strong enough and actually pushes me as a spotter. He also used to train with Kevin O'grady so he likes the old school kiwi styles!

Incline DBS

Ok these were in pounds so I'll round them in kilos

10 k, 20k, 35k, 50k, 58k/ 10-12 reps each

63k/ 9

4 sets if cable crossovers 12-15 last set was a drop set

Flat bench

Bar, 60k, 100k/ 10

140k/ 7

140k/ 4 drop to 100k/ 4 last rep spotted of each heavy set

Flat bench flyes

Ummm 3 sets of 10-12 with forced reps and only about 25 kilos.

Dead!
