Im About to go train chest and I just watched your 15 reps w the 60kg DBs. That's got me motivated right there! Up for another challenge?

I'm thinking a Max rep on flat bench with 120kg sounds good for tonight. I know you'll take me to school but I'll try anyway. Keen? And remember, vids or it didn't happen!

Bro I hate benching, wish you chose inclines or military press... Never mind I'm up for it.

Me too bro. I'm much better with incline DB press but I thought it's a pretty standard benchmark.

Don't worry man I set the bar real low. Vid in my journal in a minute :)

I hate to think what you call setting the bar low!! Your muscular endurance kills mine everyday of the week!!

Sadly while getting myself ready to train today I got the link from SG and watched him squatting. Man sometimes I hate the guy ha ha ha

Hmmm bench is tomorrow.. 19 reps? If I made a vid of me trying to do that it would be a miniseries cos it would take me 3 workouts!!

Ok well I did chest today 9 June

Bench

Bar, 60k, 80k, 100k/ 12 reps each

120k/ 23 plus 1 forced rep (stupid cardio challenge!)

140k/ 8

150k/ 3 paused each rep at chest for a one count just to see if I could then dropped to 100k/ 8 drop to 60k/ 9 didn't pause the drops, only the triple with 150k.

Chest was super pumped.

Cable crossovers for 4 sets of 12-15

Incline bb press

40k, 60k, 80k, 100k/ 10 reps each

120k/ 7 reps fail!!

Chest was smoked so left it there.

4 sets of tricep pushdowns facing away from the stack 12-15

4 sets regular pushdowns 12-15

Done. Interesting workout today. I got a great pump but the bloody high rep set of bench really kind of threw off the rest of my workout. Still the muscles don't know so I will see how sore I am tomorrow.

I did take a video now I just have to to wait till tomorrow to get it onto my facebook then someone can show me how to get it onto here. Yep real IT retard here lol

I'll see it on there anyway. Might find some of the other boys like Phily will be keen for the challenge too.

I did mine pretty fresh bro so you should do more if you are fresh. It's more that I gassed than that it got hard if you know what I mean. I'm a 6-8 guy most of the time. Nice challenge though and yeah I reckon I will be sore tomorrow.
