lol SAS no way man... I am decent size but I don't think I am big. I have trained with so many guys over the years who were monsters that I always think of myself as a smaller type bodybuilder... Old school Giant Killer lol

4 sets of one leg at a time calf raises

4 sets of calf raises on hack squat

Deficit deads off 2inch step

60k, 100k, 140k, 180k/ 6 reps each

220k/ 5

Felt good on these, resisted the urge to go heavier though.

Underhand pulldowns

40k, 70k, 100k/ 10 reps each

130k/ 5 drop to 100k/ 4

80k/ 12 reps

Good pump.

Bb rows

60k, 80k, 100k/ 10 reps each

140k/ 8 (hard reps, bloody Nate and his 220 bb row!)

Hammer strength seated row

2pps, 3pps, 4pps/ 8 reps each

5pps/ 7 reps

Wide grip pulldowns

3 sets of 80k for 10-12 reps

Good workout today, everything pumped. One of the guys who trained with me today was about 83 kilos and did a triple with 180 on deficit deads. I got to lift my game!!

9 may shoulders, biceps and bit of back

Started my workout with back, I know I did it yesterday but today just did lighter and fast pace, squeezing everything. Just to smash it completely.

Wide grip front pulldown for 4 sets of 12-15

Straight arm pulldowns 4 sets of 12

Hammer pulldowns one arm at a time for 3 sets of 10-12

Only took about 15 minutes and filled my lats up with blood.

Standind one arm db lateral raise

10k, 15k, 20k, 25k/ 12 reps each

30k/ 10

35k/ 8

40k/ 6 drop to 15k/ 12

Yes swung the hell out of these lol but great pump and I didn't want to go heavy on pressing so it served its purpose.

Hammer shoulder press

1pps, 2pps, 3pps/ 20 reps each

4pps/ 6 drop to 2pps/ 14

Db front raises

10k, 15k, 20k/ 10 reps each

Smith military press

1pps/ 12, 2pps/ 15, 2pps/ 13

Hammer one arm preacher curl s sets of 8 up to 25k

Standing db hammer curls 10k, 15k, 20k, 20k/ 8 - 10 reps each

One arm cable curls 3 sets of 10

Good workout today.

Oh down to 114 today, one week dieting done.

180k/ 15 (I swear it was 17 but my TP said it was only 15)

220k/ 6

Stoked, wanted 15 at 180 and it was easy.....ish.

Straight leg deads

Bar, 60k, 100k, 140k/ 8 reps eaxh

180k/ 5

Hack squats

1pps, 3pps, 5pps/ 12 reps each

6pps/ 9

Lying leg curls for 4 sets of 12

Ran out of time. Really happy with my squatting. Put loose wraps on from 4 plates just to make my knee track straight. Was thinking about doing low reps and just trying to do a 1rm but wisely decided against it.

Thanks bro, I really want to push my numbers up on squats, I used to be a pretty decent squatter but got a partial ligament tear so just have to be careful. That's why I'm keeping my reps higher and just trying to make sure I hit decent depth and nice controlled movement. I'll start trying to increase my reps on 220 now, won't go heavier until I get a decent 12 on that weight so probably never lol plus I hate going up half plates on squats lol

lol half plates not to bad H....its the 5kg and the 2 & 1/5kg ones that piss me off :lol: and for the 1 and what ever it is they don't exist lol sounds like a solid plan with the squats would be very impressive squatting at 100kg - 110kg BW something for me to chase down lol

When my TPs ask me if they can go up a half I tell them they should put a cap on one side and hang their towel on the other! ha ha ha ha

Hopefully get back to a 6pl for 6 squat at around 105 precomp. We'll see, my torso is feeling very strong under the weight from doing all those dreaded deadlifts. If I break myself at least let me do it with something decent on the bar!

5 sets of 12 - 15 cable crossovers

Skullcrushers with EZ curl bar

30k, 50k, 70k/ 12 reps eaxh

90k/ 3 (EPIC FAIL)

Triceps pushdowns 4 sets of 12

Great pump and ok workout, methinks my tps are about to get fired though!

ha ha ha ha I gave them a bit of a lecture, with the dieting and really mentally wanting to amp up my game I have become a little less patient. I mean I am one of those guys who when I was young would drive 3 hours to train with someone if I thought it would help me and I would always been keen and want to prove myself. Hell you didn't have to tell me to do more, you had to force me to do less. God I am becoming a grumpy old man!!!
