It has quite possibly been the worst few weeks! I haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks. Got a massive as heel spur in my right foot and starting one in my left foot and hurts like .......

So, putting a deposit down on some running shoes from the shoe clinic and have an appointment with the specialist at Capital Med Sports whatsit in April!

Blah blah blah radirahrah. The good part is that I haven't really gained much, just a few fluctuations which I suspect is to do with my lack of water.

Opti, I still haven't forgotten! Now it's doing the eating plan, studying 2 papers extramurally, massage, making soaps, working fulltime, & being a mum...so this weekend I will plan out my week and do the cooking and freezing thing.
