230kg + bench or ill lose a box of...............

Monday 19 september

Squat 10sets x 3reps 175kg

Stiff leg GM 4 sets x 10 60kg

Bench 6 sets x 3 110kg

DB Flys 4 sets x 10

Front delt rises 4 sets x 10

Side delt rises 4 sets x 10

Not bad train to last night.

Ok so I have a bet going on with scott it was for over all total but scott wasnt to keen after I told him that Im planning on weighing in at 130kg at NI hahaha so we have changed the bet to the biggest bench

To be fair you'll have about 35kg on Scott so will be a Shame if you don't outbench him haha

We will be there too mate so will have catch up. Finished those samples incidently..was a bit of a difference in recovery - cheers.

Pies hahaha not really Steak I train at around 124-125kgs so i dont have to much to put on. I have to Diet to make weight in the 120's

Gofast lol The gofast goes fast around here especial when I’m drinking all of it hahaha

It’s not a bad drop you want gofast number?

Give it heaps Dan, I guess Scott is one off the top benchers in NZ pound for pound.

But I reckon you'll do it, just don't tell him otherwise I might be losing two boxes off beers :pfft: :pfft:

Deadlifts 10 sets x 3 reps 190kg raw

stiff leg deadlift off 2inch block 4 sets x 10 100kgs raw

Bent over row wide grip

4 sets x 10 140kgs, 100kgsx20x2sets

Not bad session to night DL's were fast and easy so hopfuly on track for NI.

Run out of time today have to finish training session tomorrow, Pretty happy with deadlifts

Not a bad Hit Took abit to kick in but once it did I was good to go lol, on the Directions it says Start with the lower recommended dose to assess tolerance but yea I doubled the max dose hahah Now thats a HIT lol :lol::lol:

Well I’m not able to go to North Islands due to the date change, so if there is still a novice on the 27th ill be going there to lift. so the bet still stands with Scott ill lift at the novice and he will lift at NI and who ever benchers the most wins a box.

Front Delt Raises 4x10reps

Side Delt Raises 4x10reps

Not bad session squats feeling strong will start getting into heavier weights in two weeks cant wait, session took me 3hours all up to do,

Squats

3sets x 3reps 190kgs, added 60kgs worth of chains 3sets x 3reps 190kgs loose knee wraps and belt

Bench Press

8sets x 4reps 135kgs

Was still a bit fatigued from deadlifts on Wednesday so it took the 3sets to get loose lol, the weight was light so I added 60kgs worth of chains hahaha,

210kgs x 1, 230kgs x6reps x4sets, 230kgs x 2reps- not sure what happened here on the second rep ended up sitting on the box went to come up but nothing fired WTF lol. No one was there to pick me up so I thought a fack it hahaha …..Ended up just squatting it off the box naturally :pfft: hahaha

180xkgs5 reps x 3sets, 140kgsx20 reps x 2sets

Still a bit fatigued from squats on Monday so bit Disappointed I didn’t get more sets on the dead-lift but 2sets of 6reps ok hahaha.

Hows that bench shirt coming along bro? Managing to hit the chest yet? Might have to load the bar with 7pps just to hit depth bro lol. Seriously does that help wear it in at all? Loading the bar and doing super heavy negatives and getting spotted back up?
