Been pretty slack up dating this but here we go

21st February

Just light bench

25th

Squats

60x10, 60x10, 100x5, 140x5, 140x3 added 40kg chains, 180x3 plus chains, 220x3 plus chains, 230x2 plus chains, 180x5 plus chains, 140x8 plus chains

Good session run out of time 2night to do any thing else will have a train sat and have a catch up session.

Hey steak yea I do but I jumped the gun the other day I'm still dotting the eyes and crossing the t's on that one will let you know soon though.

27th February

Dead lifts

60kgsx10x2, 100x5, 140x3, 180kgsx3, 220kgsx3 added belt, 230kgsx2, 180kgsx5, 140x8,

Seated Good Mornings 60kgsx10x2, 100x5, 140x3 added belt, 100x5, 60x10

Deadlifts not that strong to night but not bad since I haven’t deadlifted since 28th January.

Speed 60x3x6sets 10sec rest between sets

Lost alot of strength from not benching but hopfuly it comes back :pray: :pray:

2nd March

Squats

Speed 100kgs + Chains 6x3 reps

Was a bit fatigued from last night and under feed and under watered to day but thought I would be able to push through it turns out not :doh: , O well deadlifts to Moro.

Good session strength is coming back, might do some tyre flipping in the weekend see what happens.

Run out of time to do anything else, been to busy this week to workout will have to catch up next week.

Supplements I have been using:

Kiwi Strength Chocolate Whey Protein

Creatine- Monohydrate for last three weeks

Anabolic Modulator for the last two weeks, loving this new product I got in recovery is fast.

Monday 14th March

Bench/ bench shirt training

Been almost a year since I used mine shirt lets see how we go :)

60x10, 60x8, 100x5, 120x3, 140x2, 160x1

Put my bench shirt on 180x1, Jackd it/pulled the shirt down 200x- coudn't get it down, unJackd it/ pull shirt up 200x1

Pretty happy since I haven't been training bench hard out will use the shirt one more time before comp will start training bench more I think :nod:

16th of March

Not having a good week, come down with some sort of virus that’s going round just don’t have much energy but trying to push through.

Squats

60x10x2, 100x5, 140x3, 180x2, 215x1, 230x2, 230x-

had nothing left in me after this so called it a day.

17th march

deadlifts

60x20, 100x10, 140x5, 180x3, 215x2, 230x1, 250x2, 250x2

Speed 160x6x3reps

mmmm not sure what Ill bench yet at the comp bro I'm hoping to open on 200kgs :pray: but will have to see on the day. I should weigh in just under 120kgs :pray: :pray:

24th of March

Deadlifts

60x10, 60x8, 100x5, 140x3, 180x2, 215x1, 225x2setsx2reps I should have stopped here the body was fatigued hard from squats last night and the 225kgs felt and looked heavy but I thought fcuk it lets see what I can do.

245x2 went for the third but lost my grip because the bar ripped a chunk out of my hand hahaha well at this point had nothing let in the tank and looked at my hand and thought o well let see if I can make it bleed :twisted: hahaha put 260kgs gave my self slap or 3 and I was good to go, it pop up easy but I had nothing left in me to lock it out. :doh:

O well next week I will have 4-5 days rest in between Squats and deadlift so I can have a good session on them both as next week will be my last heavy week before the comp.
