That's the size of your arm at 97kg!? The rest of your body must be huge then!

haha chill man. i am 97kg atm and i am 10% bf, i am quite tall tho at 6ft 2. also im 18 yrs old. and no my bieceps and calfs are prob my best body parts i know thats not really a good tthing but hey. and yes you have a much better back than me. no hard feelings.

I didn't really have a workout today as such. Just went in and did some squatting and deadlift technique with Clive (Who will be one of the refs at the BBro). Just thought that I'd post what I did.

140/3 on squats (got the white flag) ;)

100/5 on deadlifts

Easy, but like I said, just getting the technique down

Good workout man but can I just ask you why your deadlift weight is the same as your bb row? - mean you lift some weight on bb rows so I would have assumed more on deads? End of the workout though so you'd have been tired.

Yeah Tom I thought that's what you meant just wasn't sure. I'm half honky man so my english is as awesome as the next kiwi fullas. Chur! Lol and I don't believe in actual violence I just like to talk it up on here.

deadlift is still another 20 kgs heavier. I may have been able to get out 150, but my back got intensely pumped from barbell rows. Especially the last 60 for 16, I had to keep coming up and stretching the erectors because I started to come back up hahaha. Deadlifts aren't exactly my strong point either.

Yeah man the drop sets take it out of you alright. Good workout. I finish sometimes with whichever version of deads I feel up to and at that point in the workout you can feel it in every part of your back. Love it!!

Exactly!

I should have started off with deads in all honesty. But oh well. I might start doing rack deads in a couple of weeks to help my grip, once I've finished 5x5.
