So diet is pretty ball bags lolol. 2 weeks out now. Felt like vomitting all day yesterday, and had a headache too. Then about 6pm I got diarrhoea and felt like shit lolololol but it was mostly blocked up so yeah didn't lose any weight.

Went in a trained arms earlier this morning. Still doing my compounds relatively heavy etc. Can't remember the numbers of what I shifted so I'm not gonna bother trying to post the workout lol. Couldn't sleep last night so put on my new posing trunks and did a video. So here's how I look with 2 weeks remaining (and then another 5 weeks until nationals).

Sounds like you've had a pretty shit week, bro. Sorry to hear about the dog. If it's the one that had a cameo role in your last progress pics, it's a cutie (and I don't normally say that about chihuahuas!)

Do you feel you're still on track? It's hard to compare your vid above with the last set of pics (different lighting, image quality, etc).

On a positive note, your side chest pose looks much more comfortable now. Good one.

Yeah it was that pup. I know what you mean though, only chihuahua I've ever found cute lol.

Diet went to shit for two days but one of those was scheduled cheat anyway. Got straight back on track after being an emo though. Still a bit torn up about it but that's life; or death rather. So yes I still feel I'm on track and I hope I look it too.

The light is definitely better in the vid than previous pictures, though I am leaner.

its funny how my side chest looks more natural posed with my left side but I don't look as big lol. Hard to explain it but yes. So I'll still have to work on it some more as well as my other poses

I dunno. Will probably be 70-80. I don't really rate him. But that could be because I hate him lol

Lol I was friends with him 2 years ago

Someone who is a mutual friend had said "What Supry says and thinks are two different things."

I never understood that at first, but once he got comfortable around me he started saying his thoughts. He's a cocky, selfish ommature boy but don't let my opinions change yours.

Thought I'd post up my last leg session before the Wellington show.
Didn't really go too hard as I'm now on 0 carbs and don't wanna risk injury (I know it sounds stupid, but when the muscle has hardly anything in it, it wouldn't be hard to do)

Started off with leg extensions. Just going light on all the sets and getting a really good squeeze. It was a cold day here in Kapiti so made sure to get well warmed up so there's no pains in the joints.
43/10

43/15

64/15

84/15

84/13 + 4 partials

Lying leg curls. Again, making sure I'm well warmed up so there's no pains in joints or ligaments. First set was single leg.

20/10

and now moving on to two leg

40/10

50/10

60/10

60/8 + 2 partials

Leg press. Doing a little thing I like to call 30s. Sticking with the same weight, 30 reps with 30 seconds rest. Did 5 sets at 3 plates per side and my quads and hammys were PUMPED!

Then finished off with a half an hour walk on the treadmill.

Like I said, today wasn't really an hard workout. I'm close to the show and depleted as f*ck. Yeah, you can make a case that I'm making excuses, but at the end of the day, I'm injury free and my condition is improving so I'm not bothered.

So I've come to the conclusion that no matter how many times I say I'm gonna start posting regularly, I'm still not gonna do it lolol.

Anyway, Saturday went well. I came first in the junior category and went on to the overall stage. My legs managed to hang with the big guys which is a good note leading into next year. The lighting was shit so I didn't look anywhere near as shredded as what I actually was which is unfortunate, but hey, I still came away with the win (by 1 point apparently).

Going into NZIFBB nationals and I've been absolutely raping every muscle, training with a whole lot of volume now with only 4 weeks remaining.

Today I hit legs and here's how it went.

Started off with some leg press

5pps/20

7pps/15

9pps/10

11pps/6

Put on some knee wraps and moved some heavy weight which turned out to not actually be as heavy as I thought.
12pps/16 stop at 16 reps? Hell no. dropset down to 9pps/4 or 6 pretty sure it was 4. Hmm nah don't stop there, dropset to 6pps/21 then down to 3pps/30

Straight over to leg extensions superset with lying leg curls

70/10 -SS- 45/12

84/10 -SS- 55/10

84/7 + 3 partials -SS- 60/6 + 2 partials.

Then onto vertical hack squat super set with unweighted lunges

3pps/15 -SS- 15

3pps/10 -SS- 15

Quads were absolutely destroyed, one more hammy exercise; seated leg curls

54.5/10 x 2 sets

72.5/6 dropset 42.5/10

Smoked. Crazy leg pump.
Anyone who's friends with me on facebook would have seen my status. 10 minutes into my walk home I had to stop every 10-20 meters because my legs were so pumped. That turned the last 4 minutes of my walk home into 8 minutes lol.

Oh and here's some pics from the show to show you how shit the lighting was.

Well done bro on wining your class and good luck for the Nats

Thanks GR.

That's cool. Just post irregularly, but often. Blum 3

The lighting was strange, bro. It even turned your hair a funny colour.

hahahaha. People were trying to make smurf comparisons it's like "Please, it's common knowledge smurfs have blue skin and not blue hair!" Yeah... that'll teach those losers.

Going by those two pics I can't see how you only won by one point. I'm assuming Michael is the one on the left side of the photos, guy with red hair?

I didn't entirely understand myself. He looked good, but I was bigger and far leaner (although light made us look about equally as lean).

But yeah that one was Michael. I'd like to see him in much better condition if he does nats. He'd do some damage.

Hey guys. Long time no speak... Again lolol.

currently sitting 11 days out from nationals at the moment. Not happy at all with my condition, so I'm doing whatever I can to drastically change it in the short time I have.

Went in and hit out some back today

starting off with pull downs using the d-bar handles to get a good contraction and bring out the fibres.

58/12

72/8 x 2 sets

77/6 + 3 partials

58/12

Wide grip seated rows.

54.5/20

68/15

77/12

Rope pull overs

50/15

50/10

50/10 + 3 partials

underhand seated rows. I did these on the actual pre set machine with handles attached. So I was able to twist my hands to get a good contraction, and twist them the other way to get a good stretch in the entire back.

58/20

77/12

77/15 + 2 partials

Hyper extensions

15

12 + 3 partials

As you can see, I'm EXTREMELY weak from depletion.

Here's some pics taken 2 weeks out. I looks much harder from the front than I do from the side and back. It's mainly my legs that give me a softer look on the side and back poses. Hams and glutes just aren't lean enough.

So what's the plan? Just shitloads of cardio, and low calories?

You got it bud! Sucks so much lol. It's the price I have to pay though
