Hey guys just wanted to say a quick hello as I have just joined.

Moved over here from Aust for the next couple of years for work. I have been training hard for the last 6mths after training on and off for the past 2-3 years.

Looking foward to learning heaps here.

Hey Pseudonym I use to sell Cell Biology supps to gym members at my local gym when I was in Aust, but now that I am living in NZ I am going to start to focus on selling Cell Biology products here in NZ online.

hey deegee thanks for the welcome.

I am currently training 4 days a week with a light cardio session on Sat

Day 1 - Chest & Tri's

Day 2 - Legs & Abs

Day 3 - Back & Biceps

Day 4 - Shoulders, Traps & Abs

Day 5 - Light Cardio

Training consists of high weight mod reps in the range of 5-7 with 1 set of 2. I am currently eating around 3800 cal a day but need to eat more.

There is a quick run down for you. :grin:
