SLUZZA - synonymous with slut, but can also be used to refer to something/someone that/who is annoying, dumb, stupid etc.. Mainly used when you'd rather not use the term slut.

You rolled your ankle? I hope you were at least wasted...

i was it was at about 1am, went down to the mount for the night. walked out of a bar and went to cross the road stepped off curb and stepped onto my ankle as my foot went sideways lol ouch lotta weight to be put on ankle and drop off a curb too. still sore but lucky i didnt break it lol.

that my last big night till deadmau5 easter weekend! HUHUHU! but might go dizzee racal/dead prez 18th march too but probs not needa train harder.

any one going to either of those?

True, be good to see how much you can lift in all three eh. What sorta total would you expect in a comp based on your gym lifts?

I think I'd be around 600..... 150 bench, 220 dead, 230 squat.

I'd like to.... My weight training comes 2nd to rugby tho, so I'll have to see where I'm at and how many injuries i've got later in the year.

havnt decided weather im goin to deadmau5 yet, tickets are quite expensive. It is the day before good friday so i could always repent.... :pray:

tickets are heavy though....

well worth it bro, think 105 for the first release. i got mine so im there in full force lol

havnt done much training past couple weeks, trained with the nzbb member trainhard which was good sesh.. dont think ill do the powerlifting comp been too busy and not really feeling all the strong at moment ankle still wee bit sore too. but think i will come watch maybe.

i only didnt do the counties strongman comp... so that would be one comp in a row.

big nate, i just been doing other shit like work and walking places and catching bus etc while i have no licience. that shit is time consuming! so havnt been able to do much training so wouldnt lift as much or perform as well i what id want to so not gonna do it and dissapoint myself.

simple.
