sometimes I find it hard to find motivation to get to the gym, like tonight felt poked, sat down, jumped on the NZBB site, had a read of some other journals and said fack this, got my head in the right space and off I went.

Did'nt have a bad work out so have decded to start my own journal to keep me motivated.

Current stats, 37yo, h 180cm, w 91kg, weight training off and on past 5 years(only off due to injuries, knee's, right shoulder), back in now and have that hunger to grow again, diet is not bad, eat every 2.5 hrs, try to keep away from all the bad shit, will try to update daily and throw in the odd joke from time to time to keep you interested.

Tonight was back and tri's.

Close grip seated row.

felt really farked after work today, training buddy still missing in action, so tonight's workout was a real mission, had single shot sample of super pump a good 45 min before workout and did'nt notice anything special, will have to call back down to see bambam and go for two and see how that goés.

tonight's workout was chest and bi's.
