usual run :shifty:

u fit bro? B4 I started lifitng weights, and even b4 that when i was at school, I was untouchable at cross country. Broke a school record and won regional championships with ease. No training would just turn up and run like f*ck, never look back and win lol. then i found cigarettes and beer...... :roll: :oops:

now runninng around the cricket field I sease up and get sore knees n shit lmao

yeah im pretty fit now hahaha .. aye good shit bro! i was alryt at cross contry but not as good as u say u were,, and yeah iv given up cigis 6 yers ago im fukn glad!!! and i given up drinking aswell havent drunk for 9 months.

i never find myself seizing up im glad i dont :o

Yea I dont drink f*ck all man, I had a couple in the weekend for my Brithday/cricket breakup, but I always hit the 2.5% (and get paid out hardcore) lmao and have a few waters inbetween. mayb just a few times a year. Quiting smoking was the best thing I done. Its not like u need it, but when u smoke you just think your do!
