Difficult to tell because you have so much crammed into one workout

i thought it was called body building lol

Exactly. If you over work then your muscles go into a canabolic state and begin to eat away at themselves instead of growing. Hence; bodyBUILDING

wouldnt that only happen if i wasnt eating enough?

my work outs average 1hour to 1.5 hours thats with changing weights so i thnk its not too off, i train bymyself i must add so its a bit harder

I like training by myself. You can't lie to yourself with weights that way. How many days do you workout per week because it looks like you could easily space it out more.

Defiantly try for 45-1hour. Personally I keep track of the time every training session. if it takes an hour its usaly because I am tired from the day and my intensity is a little lower than what I want it to be or sometimes 2muslce groups can take a bit longer. On a good day 45-50minuets and Im fucked.

If i trained 1.5 hours, I 1) defiantly wouldn't be pushing myself hard enough and 2) if I was, past that 50minuet sweet spot would be a waste of time, IMO, coss Id be tired from the surge and id just do everything in 1st gear.

Perfect example. 2weeks ago did quads/calves in 50minuets. and couldnt walk for 4 days. Week later did the same workout, but was tired from a 10hour day and shit sleep and it took me just over an hour. No way near as sore. (doms don't mean much but i could tell i wasnt working as hard as the week b4)

hope this helps

yeah its good, and iv changed from, mon, tues, wends, and thrs friday cardio, and 2 days rest to,

1 day on one day off with cardio on off days, iv spread my work out over the whole week,

MONARCHKING- every time i train i am pushing myself as hard as i can, at the end my t shirt or singlet is totally saturated in sweat, just cause its 1 hour ta 1.5 it dont mean im slaking! haha

If your DOMS linger too long, you aren't recovering fast enough so you need more.

Th longer your trainings go, the less effort you'll be putting in, don't kid yourself otherwise

thats why iv broken my work outs up over 4 days

weight 78.7kg

Stop weighing yourself every day. Do it once every week, on the same day, at the same time. You can gain incremental weight over a day but it could be water retention or shit.

i dont weigh my self every day i only jump on the scales b4 my workout, its always somethng im not doin right or somethng i shouldnt be doing...

How is that negative? I said it could be water retention or shit so you can't exactly tell what kind of weight you've put on. It just better to do it once every week on the same day at the same time because it's more reliable in a sense.

SAS: Give the guy a break, If you don't have anything good to say you shouldn't say anything....

Good work Loveggs, keep it up mate! Eat well, train hard and rest lots 8)

Come on, I think he says a lot of stupid things but what he has said in this journal isn't one of them.

Eggs, stop being so sensitive, he's just saying stop weighing yourself everyday because day to day changes mean nothing unless you are actually gonna look into the numbers and act on them
