thanks guys hahaha

so back and trap last night for the 2nd time since the break and I can still pull 140 pretty easy with no straps an belt on

and done leg day for the first time and got a hundy out of me but I couldn't walk for 3 days no shit !! hahaha

iv got my eating back to how I want it aswell

I took a bit but im there so im happy

sholders an bicepz tonight!

dam set backs! lol ok solid back in it once and for all!

 

have my diet pretty well sorted and training is going great pulled 200kg dead the other night , a lil off on form but ahh im good!

 

im actually in the prosess of training up to a nabba show in march so i have a lot of hard work to do!

 

atm its all going well , drinking piss doesnt even exist to me and partys or wat not aint even in my mind.. thats how strong my mindset is this time over

 

this time feels diferent in some way maybe because im a tad wiser and can actually accept my mistakes i was making and really focusing on my diet more than ever

 

mindset matters!

hey guys yes im still here

 

atm iv turned over to high rep for a while to change things up

 

my food intake seems to be going good had my body fat percentage done last night im roughly at 13% with 72kg lean mass and will be getting it re done in 2 weeks time ..hope to see results

 

i have around 6.5 months left before my first nabba show so every training session i train like its my last

i know nothing will go to plan at my first comp but i guess its a big learning curve and a way to find out what works for me and building on that for the next comp

 

any tips or your own comp experience please feel free to share :)
