been hard at it the last week, back the otha day

200kg dead still only getting one rep atm

and legs yestaday

squats 140kg got 8 reps and 3 singles adjusting the safety rail haahaha was happy with that and thats close footing

chest tday

dumbel bench press 35kg a side for 8,8,6 felt pretty good

and i done everythng else i do with my workouts pushing myself with everythng just being lazy with posting thats all , just posting my heavy lifts and push atm
