Lift your elbows up a little higher on the rear double bi and I can't tell if you are or not but make sure you are pulling your scapula in together

weight 83kg and roughly at the same body fat i started with, weight when starting my jornal 72kg

my goal is to get to 90kg by the end of year and hopefully look good enough to enter my first comp

and i am still training lol just been lazy with not writing my stuff in, i have a jornal i write my stuff down in so i dont mind

joined my local gym 2 days ago went for a back an trap workout tonyt, walked through a glass window cut my hands , cut my right leg just above the knee cap on the tear drop, lost half litre of blood 10 stiches over various cuts, its swollen as f*ck im on crutches for 2 weeeks

i was at the gym went to the toilet walked out down the stairs ( walking fast) had a bottle of v in my hand holding it out front , i looked down at it an conciously thort the window ( from the ground up) was an open door stupid me, an i walked strait in to it with a bit of force , an lifted my right leg in to the glass, onlt thort i had cut my hands then there was a big puddle of blood on the ground . and to help it was the old skool glass that breaks in to big sharp pieces . hope to be healed in another 2 weeks

so finally back in to it after the leg incident and my partner having twin identical boys!!! there 9 days old now

hit legs for the first time in nearly a month and have had DOMS for 3 days lol

and today i done chest and biceps

strength a little down but il be up in no time
