That's just fucking stupid considering you only did one exercise where the bicep was the primary muscle.

yeah thats true, i was just not wanting to over train them? so i sholdnt skip anythng? im still learning dont be too harsh on me, iv only been in this game for roughly 3 months i dnt know everythng lol

Then study a bit more my friend. Read pro workouts online. Of course you won't have the same workout as them, but the amount of sets and reps they do.

Keep your range of motion the same for every exercise. Especially squats! If you can't go all the way down, don't go that heavy. You need about two or three more exercises for quads. You CAN do another exercise for hammys and abs don't really matter. You can choose to do them if you have the time, but if you don't have the time, it doesn't matter since they aren't really a priority.

Leg press. Front squats. Hack squats. Lunges. Leg extensions. All are for quads.

You can do lying leg curls, seated leg curls and ham-glute raises for hams.

Definitely more shoulder exercises. Google all these exercises and how to do them as well as more new shoulder exercises.

awesum looks like iv got a workout makeover coming on!! haha

any other excersises i should add??

eg. chest triceps biceps etc etc

Google ;)

Ideally should be doing 3-4 sets for muscles. IDEALLY. Here's a link to one of Jay Cutler's routines. Of course you probably wouldn't do as much exercises 'cause he's on roids and I'm pretty sure it enables you to train more. http://muscleandbrawn.com/mr-olympia-jay-cutler-training-routines/

ok.. and with for example my sholders, im thinking i shold be doing sholder press, side raises, front raises, and behind the neck sholder press? is that too much?

and with triceps i was thinking skull crushers, close bench, dips?

so a couple of exercises for each muscle due to different points you need to hit?

Shoulder press, upright rows, lateral raises (side raises), and you can do front raises. everything else is sweet and that last sentence seems correct. When do you work traps?
