Deano, don't stop the leg training, im sure you can find a spare half hour once a week - having no time is a bad excuse. If you're serious about getting bigger legs, you gotta train them with weights not sports. Load bearing is what makes you grow. Also get onto some bcaa's or hmb, I use them on and off through the year and so makes a difference, they are fairly cheap anyway just get them from your local health 2000. Im regretting taking a couple of weeks off from training legs because coming down the stairs the last 2 days has been agony, so not worth stopping.

Hmmm ok I will give it a shot I think I know where some bcaa's are. Just if it starts getting in the way of my rugby and leauge......priorities. You should take me under your wing I can be one of your sucess stories.

Agree, Deano these supps aren't are magic pill or anything... If you got enough food to allow you to train and recover you don't need bcaas etc.
