Dam..I cant do legs anymore, Ive got leauge and rugby training 5 days a week, alot of it (obviously) utilising the legs. And soon two games for both on Saturdays.

You're joking, right?

Nope im serious, balancing two sports that encompass alot of strength from the legs 5days a week plus (soon a 6th day) is just too hard. When I do leg workouts I really work it out im talking walking weird and painful for 4days - I dont have 4 days to recover, im a busy man.

Can you guys provide proof or assurance I wont be losing muscle if im running on my legs the day after an intense workout? Because when my legs are sore for say 4days I have heaps of protein shakes and eat alot but still the pain. And running on them would hurt so bad surely it wouldnt be good for my legs?

after a while you shouldn't be so sore after smashing your legs. hit up a whole lota bcaa's during and after your leg workouts. i can destroy my legs and still walk around the next day with little discomfort, but if i have a 2 week break then when i hit the legs again i will be walking funny for a couple of days.

So wherebouts can I get me some potent bcaa's and on a side note what do you guys think of my Gaspari Intra Pro?

bcaa's arent a priority for u bro, not saying they not important but if i was u i wouldnt be wasting that money on them.

you needa get lots of good food and keep clean carbs and protein high, ull be burning lots of calories from all ur games/trainings. if you nutrition is good u will be able to do weights session in am and league pm or vice versa/what have you.

and what is intra pro?

all these proteins are the same (well not technically and im not gonna wank on about minor matters)... buy the cheapest like the one from the boys at eastside barbell. its meant to supplement you nutrition so these flash labelled sweet tasting ones are quite pointless really
