Im using animal pak by itself at the moment and Ive made good strength gains, but I cleaned up my diet at the same time, so I wasn't sure whether it was from that or the pak. Do you cycle the pak with m stak? Thanks
02flex
hey mate,Animal pak is a strong multi vitamin. take one a day to keep healthy.when i diet hard out for a show i take two a day. last year i started getting run down and catching the flu, but as soon as i started the animal pak it left within days not even getting the full wack of the cold.with bodyfat real low and pushing yourself every day, this pak was a must.I now use it in conjuction with the stack two. these are working real well together. honest to god your strength difently changes.have not used the m stack yet as i quite like the stack two.there products are difently top quality!Good luck mate. eat well and train hard! lazyone
i find that animal pak does make a difference. i started with the pak and stak 2 and saw some really good gains from it. strength and physically. you cycle the stak 2, m stak and cuts. 3 weeks on and one off. honestly, i say its a really prominent supplement line BUT do you think its a psychological thing too???
2guns
imo waste of money. and yeah thers definetly a phycological component to supplements. but how can u tell if yr extra strength is phyco or the supp working.creatine is the only sup i think works good for me
ama
2guns - Have you tried these products, or are you just rubbishing them in ignorance?
waldo
Multi Vits, as in the Animal Pak, aren't a waste of money. I'm wagering most of us here don't eat a huge amount of fresh fruit and veg....
2guns
actually ama i have i tried the M-stak a couple of months ago and one of my mates recently tried the M-stak 2. we both thought it was abit of a dissapoint ment. for the price and the way its talked up

ama
and waldo i dnt think the animal multi vits can replace goodness of salads and vege if thts wat yr sayingYes well of course fresh veges and all are good - Most bodybuilders or even those in any type of weight training wouldn't get sufficient vitamins and minerals from say, 1 salad a day. I don't eat much fresh veges but I think multivitamins are a must for anyone who trains and especially people who lift weights.
Marcus
Agreed. A good multi is a must.
poos_n_wees
yeah aye, I reckon its a psychological thing as well.. the 'placebo effect' or something like that.
BlueCollarLifter
I tried M-stak 2...disappointment.In the first week I could feel 'something'..and maybe even looked a bit pumped after taking a serving. It made me feel psych'd up and I felt like I had more endurance in my workouts..but no results at the end of the trial. In week 3-4 I might aswell have been drinking water, no effect whatsoever. I think it is partly the look and marketing of the range. When I first bought it, I hadn't tried any animal product prior..so it felt like I was 'hardcore' taking something that comes in a can with 5million pills with ANIMAL written on it..so I guess half of it was just a mental thing aswell. And if you really look at the amounts of ecdy and methoxy they put in there, its peanuts compared to scifit's edcysterone 300 and ON's methoxy complex. -which were a disappointment aswel. Justanerd
Hey. I tried one cycle of pump and m stak taken together.Taken on an empty stomach around 30 mins before workout. All my lifts increased, and this was after reaching slowing improvement over the previous months. Good products, definitely keeps you pumped during the workout and buzzing when you hit the gym. Just the price is a bit off-putting but worth a try.

Heard rumours that the first times using was the best and it tappered aff every workout after. Today's workout was just as good as the first on this stuff, had a pump that lasted a decent while after I left the gym and I didn't actually want to leave. It puts me in the mood to just keep lifting but i know when to say no lol

The animal range has been the best supps Ive used. Its not too expensive at nutratech.co.nz, only $75ish for a months supply.
