Pseudonym
Hi mate. Glad to see our emotional blackmail to introduce yourself is working! What are your goals bodybuilding-wise?
idmw
Yeah normally i just browse forums, i'm one of those forum perverts but since it was thrown right in my face i couldn't resist. My goals are to eat lots and bulk up. I'm 23, 6'0 and 75 kgs and always wanted to be 85+ but alas high metabolism. Got myself a bulking diet i made up, might post it up sometime and see what everyone thinks. deegee
Welcome, the weight gets easier to put on in your mid to late 20's until then you just have to keep doing the best you can. I was in my late 20's before I managed to get 100 + well of quality anyway!
2guns
tru. im 19 and 82kgs so u reckon as i get to say 22 ill be way heavier?
Marcus
Your metabolism slows as you get older usually. Just keep plowing the food down & training hard. I did find it became easier to put on weight as I got older.
tallulahangie
Hehehe... It may be easier to put on weight as you get older but when you need to cut for competition it is also hard to shift those extra kgs!
