obvisouly you build mass if your doing the main compounds each week with correct form,diet,rest and sleep.

im wondering if i should ease up on the isolations and just concentrate on compounds with some assistence work

like german voloume training? i plan on doing that next in a few weeks. im looking for most growth tho. goal is 90kg @ 10% BF.

currently i weigh in at only 81kg but carrying a little BF, not sure of the actual %.

monday: chest and back 60sec rest between sets

10x10 flat bench press

10x10 wide chin up(assisted) then deadlifts the following week??

3x10 decline bench

3x10 close grip seated row

--------------------------------

wednesday: legs and shoulders

10x10 back squats then front squats next week

10x10 BB seated shoulder press

3x12 calf raise

3x10 side raise

--------------------------------

friday: arms

10x10 dips

10x10 DB bi curl

thats my plan for GVT for 4 weeks.

Depends on your ultimate goal really

Compounds will put on the mass but I believe that isolation's will fill any wholes in your physique. So if you wanna get on stage then isolate that shit up after compounds, if not, do what you feel the most comfortable with
