Hello

I am going to log my workout progress leading up to Christmas so i guess ill post up my diet and workouts,i am planning to bulk up to maybe 15% then cut back to 8-10% planning to smash heavy weights cycling rep ranges between 6-8 for four weeks then 8-12 then 15-20.

Eating today

6.00am 1x ON Nitrocore shake 30g plus banana.

9.30 1 cup oatmeal 4 whites 2 whole eggs.

12.30 6oz chicken 1 cup brown rice.

4.00pm 6oz chicken 1 cup brown rice.

Train 5.30-6.30pm shake after (Nitrocore 24) and small handful jelly beans.

8.00pm cup of kumara skin on, 6 oz mince beef,diced cucumber.

10.30pm 250grams cottage cheese light,strawberries and mixed nuts 2oz.

Workout

Bent row 2 warm ups (12-15) then 4 working sets 12x85kg

Pull ups weighted 4 sets descending 12,10,9,8.

Super set dumbbell row (35kgx10) with lat pulldown 95x12.

T bar rows (90kgx15) super set with push ups 25-30 reps.

Lateral raise superset with shoulder bombs (absolute failure).

Stats 27 years old roughly 12% BF,79kg at 5 10".
