Hi there,

I am new to this site but have been lifting properly since I was 19.

I started at 54kg's at 5'8.5 with an 80kg bench, 90kg squat and 95kg deadlift.

My legs at 19 were 18.5 inches and one of my goals is to get my arms to this measurement.

Currently I am 24 and weigh 97, down from 104 at 5'9.5 (I had a growth spurt in height at 21).

My waist was 27 inches at 54, 39.5 at 104 and currently 35.4 at 97kg's.

I have just recently competed in my second novice IPF powerlifting comp

at Auckland Uni and my best comp lifts at 93kg's are 147.5kg bench, 222.5kg's deadlift and 190kg's squat. I have done a 166kg bench touch and go (that pause is nasty).

Measurements gained to date since I was 19 are 4.5 arms, 13 inches chest, 8.5 quads, 3.5 forearms, 3.5 calves (Stubborn bastards).

My wrists (bone structure) are 7.3 inches, and before my late growth spurt were 6.6 inches.

Goals for this year are 18 inch arms, 50 inch chest, 27.5 inch quads, 170 touch and go bench at 105kg's, 220 squat and 250kg deadlift.

This year has been a good growth year for me, I was at 84kg's in January 2010 and reached 104kg's in August 2010 but gained 5 inches on my waist at my peak weight, since dropping back as the stretch marks were making me look like a bengal tiger.

Yeah I will put some pics up shortly, just got to figure it out. I'm not to good with computer stuff.

I'm in the Miada Auckland strongest man highlights deadlifting 210kg's at 93 with crap shoes. My feet rolled to the sides of my shoes and I ended up having to stiff lift it.
