He is evidence that Bodybuilders should do explosive fitness and strength training. It is possible to be BIG and super fit at the same time.For all you guys and girls out there who think that your bulking up because it the only way to build muscle. Think again. FAT IS ONLY MASS!!! ITS NOT MUSCLE. As you will find out when you diet down below 7%.Its easy to see what works for you when your at that B/F %.Its not guess work. Wilson, Bill Kazmaier, Jón Páll Sigmarsson, and Magnus Ver Magnusson. Now that would be an incredible comp to watch. Pity two of those guys died really young.
