This was taken at the start of March 2010. I had just recovered from a dislocated shoulder and had my appendix removed.

Weight: 76Kg

BF: ~15%

Bench: 30Kg

Deadlift: 40Kg

Squat: 40Kg

Over Head Press: 20Kg

Barbell Row: 30Kg

Today:

Weight: 81Kg

BF: ~12%

Bench: 80Kg

Deadlift: 120Kg

Squat: 105Kg

Over Head Press: 50Kg

Barbell Row: 60Kg

The first photo isn't great but it looks like you've made some pretty good gains. However, it does look (as grover commented) that you could do with looking at your diet if you want to put on some serious mass.

I think I read somewhere that you are now looking at cutting. My opinion is that it's not time for that yet bro. You should get a good 18-24 months of bulking and a solid amount of muscle on that frame before you think about cutting. Particularly if you are an ectomorph/hard-gainer, which (from the first pic) it looks like you might be.

Just my opinion dude and I'm sure some of the others on here will be able to offer some more advice.
