10-12 sets of standing overhead press...pyramid it if you like then a few sets of the others... side lats, rear delts.

a page from the steak-a-size 8) .

build that mass with some heavy compound movement then move on to the paint jobs, ie isolation exe just like steak said

No matter how hard I push I never get sore front / rear / side delts after training..

Why do you need to get sore? Not absolutely necessary to grow. Sure sometimes if you have a big session you get sore, but with consistency soreness is not always the end result of training.

i think the only time i have had sore shoulders would have been the first time I trained them, i was going 8kilo seated db press and side raises spoted. can only get sore front delts, and I hate that feeling.

I get always get sore delts after a shoulder workout...

Must be the 280 reps of dumbell lateral raises.

f*ck yea! i realy need to pull fingue with my shoulder training.

High reps is definately a killer!

You could also try minimal rest training. Like 1 minute break between sets. 5 sets of 12 shoulder press where last few reps are spotted negatives

5 sets of 12 front plate raises supersetted with side/rear db raises, light weight with perfect form, no swinging being the key

5 sets of 12 Arnold presses again with spots and negatives at the end

Finish on some seated barbell press. 3 sets of max reps.

If you dont get the burn after that you're a machine. :pfft:
