wow awesome transformation vro got something to look forward too when I trim up!

Absolutely! For my first comp, we only started dieting (low carbs) for it from 11 weeks out...I have read that others start from 15 - 20 weeks, and I never thought I'd achieve the level of definition that I did on the day...the science behind it is amazing!

fantastic work bro, its just amazing to see what ones mind is capable of if you put your head towards something and strive for it, well done bro

peace

Thanks Goku, i know it sounds cheesy but it really is mind over matter...I may have mentioned before, but during the comp diet - I think it was more challenging mentally than it was physically...I think being low on carbs messes with your mind a bit, aye  LOL!

Hey John, WOW - that's quite an amazing loss and congratulations for achieving your weight goal as well!!! My training partner Phil did his first powerlifting comp this year as well, and it was an eye-opening event and experience...so I have much respect for that side of the sport too! It's a shame if we haven't personally met or said hi to each other while I was at West Wave, but please do so if you ever are to do a casual at Wolfs. It's a bit tricky putting avatar names from here to the actual people when you bump into them at the gym...for me, what you see is what you get and I really am a down to earth dude!

WOW! I've got a visual on you now John, next time I bump into ya I'll be sure to say HI! If my memory serves me right, didn't you train at West Wave as well in the past while I was there?

Yeah, Phil's a big boy and it's quite hard to match his the weights he throws around during our training sessions...so I'm kinda left in the dust after his 'warm up' weights, LOL!

Sure, I'll intro you to the boys whenever you pop in and give ya the grand tour of the place \:D/
