Phantomb Posted February 28, 2006 Report Share Posted February 28, 2006 HI guys.Won't bother to repost my previous intro, but I'm going to try and reprise my journal - more for me than anyone else!Actually.....I do have a question for those who did post here.I had a four day plan of Back/TriLegsDelts/TrapsChest/Bi......but I can't remember which order they went in!I think it was Ama and Excessive Urine perhaps who suggested the basic routine.
