HI guys.

Won't bother to repost my previous intro, but I'm going to try and reprise my journal - more for me than anyone else!

Actually.....I do have a question for those who did post here.

I had a four day plan of

Back/Tri

Legs

Delts/Traps

Chest/Bi

......but I can't remember which order they went in!

I think it was Ama and Excessive Urine perhaps who suggested the basic routine. Was based on the principle of mixing up pushing/pulling.

Any help?
