well creatine is proven to work for me I dont get that much from it just some more stamina in the gym so I can train a bit harder as I dont need to rest so much because creatine restores atp faster

I know guys that take creatine and are stronger and bigger when on it so try it and see what happens gaspari sizeon is good as there is no loading phase PM me if you want some

also a test booster like BPI arimidex really helps strength and recovery which can lead to more muscle quicker

pre workout stuff get me to gym when I am super tired from work and help me really push, the rest of it is upto your diet.

after trying diff creatine's I have realised Creatine monohydrate is the best and all the other rubbish is just a waste of money.I mean majority of the creatine drinks are just sugar and creatine and people keep falling for the marketing.

My recommended pre workout drinks one more rep and assault.one of these should do the job,had superpump and didnt like the sideeffects.

the reason they put sugar in creatine is it gets in your bloodstream faster and works better thats why if you take mono you should have it in orange juice

  • 3 weeks later...

hemo rage, superpump and 1 more rep are the best imo. started on superpump about 2 years ago, then more recently had jack3d and now hemo rage, i think hemo rage is the best out of all 3. insane energy and focus, mean pumps and its cheap to plus it tastes gud! got mine from http://www.pumpednutrition.co.nz wasnt expensive at all think hemo rage was 84 dollars for 30 serves...but you end up getting more than 30 serves cos a full scoop is really strong!! also gave me some free samples and stuff cos they are new which is always a plus! hope this helps

orange juice not the best since it is fructose ,you need glucose to do the job efficiently something like dextrose .
