Incline skulls 20+barx10x4 (20x10 ss cg bench x failure)

Mean sesh with sfs got a good pump on did the I go you go principle good to keep the intensity up

Dips and incline are going to be my keys to a big raw bench in 2010. Pat Casey first man to bench 600lbs raw did a dip with 314lbs attatched. He was a bodybuilder too :roll:

lol Its sporadic but doing a shit programme really good is better than doing a good programme really shit. Hmmm re weightloss Im not too sure I would say im round 105-107 in the AM. To put it visually ive gone from looking like a fat person to a fat person who lifts weights :pfft:
