steep incline nss cable row 4x12//4x12

db upright row nss wg lpd 4x8//4x10

db skulls nss alt curl nss pushdown 3x10//3x10/3x10

farkin paaaaaaarmp. Got a hint of the bicep vein again arms swoled up good.

came home and did

20s punches ss 10 pushups, 10 crunches, 20s alt knees ss 10pushups 10 crunches got through 9 rounds then dry reached and collapsed.

Pumped up good and sweated alot. dont know how the bw is going atm scales have fucked out on me but im slowly getting leaner. Just want my bicep vein to pop out :grin: :pfft:

pool sesh did a bunch of laps, did sets of 4 and a set of 6 good progress seeing as I couldnt even do 1 without my lungs bursting. At the end did a 50m sprint and got 46s which passes a portion of the swimming competency.

Came home and did my fight club circuit. Each round is approximatley 7 mins with 3 mins striking and the rest is the time I take to complete my calisthenics between sets of striking.

Today I did

round 1- hands//knees, pullups//crunches

round 2- hands//all out, plyo pushups//reverse crunches

When that voice in your head pops up telling you to quit, you cant see straight, losing use of your limbs, tell your body to f*ck off! Death before weakness! I will achieve greatness!

Im back :grin: Had a great time down in Dunedin such a beautiful place the more you get out of auckland you ralize how shit it really is :lol: Didi a fair bit of training, Ran up baldwin street well dunno if you could call it running! Did 4 kickboxing sessions and had a seesion at the old powerdome

Thursday- Mini skills test bw 108 (fully clothed and hydrated est bw 106 first in the morning)

14" box squat raw- 160 (more in the tank)

seated bb press- 60x3x3

midshin rackpull- 210x1

BB bench- 110x1

legpress ss cablerow 5sets

incline db press ss seated curl 5sets

machine ohp ss db curl ss tpd 5sets

Sky fitness has got an awesome set up got lots of free weights some specialty bars lots of old school bb pics plastered all over the wall and metal blazing!! If I ever move down ill be signing up straight away.

Diet was 3meals a day pretty good but I wasnt to strict got to eat lots of eggs fresh off the farm I was staying on. Oh and swooned the maid of honour \:D/ :grin: :lol:
